Jenna cut my hair to my shoulders without my permission. I had long hair to my mid back now it’s above my shoulders. If I could give zero stars I would. Just straight chopped my hair. Awful experience I spent 300$ as well

Exceptional salon. Top tier stylists. Modern and beautiful establishment. I come out feeling amazing every time. If you're looking for a new place, then try out Brio. I see Darien, but all the stylists are amazing!

Briana has been my stylist for about 10 years and is the best. Her salon is top notch in every way. It is clean and a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Sheena is amazing! This was my first time here and I am thoroughly impressed! I got my eyebrows waxed and eyelashes tinted. 10/10 would recommend!

I just got my first root melt and balayage by Jenna @ Brio. I'm beyond thrilled with the results. I went in with a picture of what I wanted and I walked out with exactly that. She was professional, meticulous and a pure joy to be around. She approaches her job as an artist would and it doesn't go unnoticed. I even had a man walk up to me in the grocery store today just to tell me my hair was beautiful:) I highly recommend Jenna:)

Brio Salon is beautiful inside and has great stylists! I see Kaitlin there and she has done my hair for years. I fully trust her and her abilities and I recommend her to everyone. She is so easy to talk to, consult with about what I want and always gives the best suggestions. Go see Kaitlin, you will not regret it!

Edit: I understood she was running behind and agreed to the rescheduled time. It was the extra 40 minutes on top of that was the issue, especially as this was my first visit with her. She needs to learn how to manage her time better. Had an appointment with Darien, I was asked to come in 30 min later than scheduled, then when I got there I was waiting an additional 40 min. I should have left. She then started taking pictures of her other clients hair while I was still waiting. Really inconsiderate and unprofessional. She didn't do my hair well. I will not be returning. Do better.

I went to the Brio salon for the first time last week, and was very impressed! Kaitlin did my hair. She took time to consult with me about transitioning my hair from highlights / low lights to gradually going gray. She did a phenomenal job! She is the Blonding specialist at the salon, and it’s obvious why she is!

Jenna is absolutely amazing! I’m fairly new to the Colorado Springs area and was looking for a new stylist. She sat with me before hand to discuss my haircut and talked me through everything. I could not have asked for better results. I had long hair and wanted a change, shorter with layers and she did such an awesome job. She also gave me recommendations on products and I very much appreciate that.

Kaitlin has been my stylist for 10+ years - she always does an incredible job! She takes the time to talk through my vision and makes it a reality every time. She’s so friendly and personable, and even takes the time to style it exactly to my preferences. She is a blonding specialist, and understands my desire to have coloring that grows out well. I cannot recommend Kaitlin enough!!

Met with Kaitlin, she was nice but only spent 15 minutes on my hair including wash and style. She did not finish drying my hair and I felt obligated to give her a tip with her standing right there. $65 I don’t feel like that was a fair price for a slight trim and five second style. My hair still ended up frizzy. See attached picture.
