Five star everything comes with the five star pricing. Everything at The Broadmoor has been fantastic but the fees and additional costs each day and each purchase are frustrating. Double your expectation of daily expenses and you can enjoy the most impressive hotel in the USA.

I've visited Broadmoor at least once a year for the last 20 years, and in those years I've had varying degrees of satisfaction with the hotel, the dining, and the staff. However, our latest stay earns 5 stars all the way around, perfect in every way.

One of the best hotels in the country. Beautiful location and grounds, amazing service and food. Several restaurants with different atmospheres and food. Lake in the center. They have heaters in the water, so geese hang out in the winter. Huge golf courses. Amazing western art, including Bierstadt paintings and Remington sculpture. Expensive but worth it. If you can find a way, you need to stay here a few days.

The Broadmoor is a little piece of Heaven on Earth. When I say this place is a MUST , believe it! I will now be coming here every year to relax. This place is complete Royalty, it felt like I was walking around a Castle inside and Out! It’s Huge! The employees are SO HAPPY and sweet. I love this place and I could not stop saying it. Broadmoor thank you for having me. Thank you for being such an amazing experience! I needed this! ❤️ I love you! 🥹

Stayed at the Broadmoor for four nights while attending a conference hosted by the resort. The mountain views were splendid, the Broadmoor "campus" was grand, the accommodations were fabulous, and the staff was amazing. Four stars for me, though. My reasons: everything is super expensive, and the location is kind of out of the way. Meaning you had to drive to get to affordable restaurants and shopping. I felt sorry for those who did not have a car available to them. So if you're planning on staying at the Broadmoor...rent a car, bring your camera, and pack lots and lots of cash!

The rooms were lovely as was service. However, we learned that often the tips we leave on our cards never go to service because of some draconian rule. We would recommend cash tips. It will improve your service instead of lining the pockets of someone else. Overall lovel place.

This past weekend was my 6th or 7th time to the Broadmoor. Every time I visit, I'm wowed by the beauty, the service, the experience. My favorite experience of all is tennis at the Broadmoor. Karen Schott is exceptional - she makes everyone feel welcome and is a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm about tennis. The pros make the drills and camps fun and educational. A truly exceptional place.
