I have only ever had amazing experiences here at the Cachet, mostly in part to the co-owner Linda and especially my stylist, Brylie. Brylie and the staff are professional, courteous, and have me smiling and laughing in the chair every appointment I've made. I drastically changed the length of my hair, and Brylie did an amazing job educating me on how to style my new cut to recreate the magic she did in the salon. If you're looking for a new "go-to" person for your salon needs, look no further!

Aaliyah does a wonderful job listening to what I am thinking in terms of hairstyle, offering her insight, and then executing the plan with skill, adeptness, and efficiency! The salon offers a calm, relaxing environment which makes for a moment of exhale in my busy life. It has been a joy to keep going back for great haircuts! Thank you Aaliyah and Cachet Salon!

I love The Cachet Salon, especially Aaliyah, my hair designer. I have curly hair, and it’s difficult finding someone who really knows how to work with it. Since going to Aaliyah, I have had numerous compliments on my hair. I highly recommend her!

I've been a client at Cachet for a few years now. I feel very relaxed there. The people who work there are warm, polite, and friendly. It is clean and when I've been there, quiet without loud music as found in some other salons. The prices seem very reasonable..

UPDATE: The Salon owner Emily called and spoke with me on the phone and she was absolutely lovely. She offered to gave my come in and fix it or refund my entire service (I opted for the refund). Several days letter I received a hand written apology letter with my refund stapled. While I did not have a good hair experience from one of the employees, there the follow up after the fact was great. You can tell the owners really care about clients. ————————————————————————— Honestly this was my first and last time here. I called to book and said I wanted a color/cut/style and showed up to my appt confirmed with the stylist, Aliyah, I wanted blonde highlights/cut/style. First thing the girl was very unsocial and didn’t make very much effort to converse (which is odd for a stylist and you’re also there for 4 hours so it’s a bit awkward) but honestly I would’ve let that slide. She was physically really rough and ripped out lots of hair during the coloring process and when removing foils. After she finishes coloring she says she wants to rinse out half of my head since the first foils she put in were about done. Which I thought was weird and haven’t experienced at other salons but ok. So she rinses out half of my head (ripping out more hair) and then sends me back to the salon chair where my hair is dripping wet for half an hour while the rest of the foils finish coloring. During that time she also comes up and says she doesn’t have time to do a cut or style because her next appointment is coming….. so my options are either 1) leave the salon with my hair soaking wet or 2) let the associate do a free blowout and I would need to book ANOTHER appointment to do a cut. So at this point I’m pretty annoyed. I opt to let the associate do my blowout. When it’s finally done the finished product is really not what I asked for and she ended up giving me these ridiculously chunky 2008 Kate Gosselin highlights which I did NOT ask for (and were not at all similar to the picture I showed her.) I also asked for gray coverage around my temples which she did NOT do. I’m very unhappy and it wasn’t cheap either. I definitely would not return here nor recommend this place. I went in to the salon with a reference picture and clearly communicated the hair cut that I was looking for. The stylist, before I could react, cut off much more hair than I was comfortable with. After telling me it was uneven she kept cutting more hair off. It will take months to regrow what she cut without checking in with me first. They only have Caucasian hairstylists so if you have any other hair texture, proceed with caution. I’m filipino and she did not know how to work with mine. After a conversation with the manager they refunded me in full. I appreciate getting my money back but I can’t say the same for my hair.

Took me six years to find a hairdresser after I moved here. I went to someone for over 30 years and love her She is a friend so it was very hard to find someone. I had heard that Jordan was very good, so I tried her. I have an appt on Wednesday, I'm going back to her. First time I'm returning to someone who cut my hair since 2015 when I moved here

Absolutely amazing. The staff is incredible, and truly work very hard to make the experience enjoyable. It nearly goes without saying how incredibly talented they are with hair, from cuts to colors. This will be the only place I'm getting my hair done as long as I can. I was so impressed and so incredibly thankful for the ability of the stylists.

I recently moved to Columbus and was in search of a salon I can trust. With the Cachet Salon right around the corner from my new home, I decided to give it a shot. They were super organized, and I was able to schedule an appointment with no trouble at all. After my experience, I cannot recommend Jordan highly enough. She asked me what I wanted, provided her own suggestions, and I can confidently say she gave me the best haircut I have ever gotten. She is really a gem who is passionate about helping people look their best. If you are looking for a salon that is reasonably priced for the excellent quality of care, give Cachet a try.

Kalynn is a great stylist, pleasant and knowledgeable. She understood what I had in mind really well and added her own design. The hairstyle turned out even better than I expected. The interior is clean and simplistic, with enough privacy for each seat. There are also nice bakeries and bubble tea places around to hang out.

This was my first time at Cachet and I was very impressed. Shampoo, cut, and style for long hair. Jena was fantastic. Skilled, pleasant, and my hair turned out beautifully. It looks healthy and chic. I found my new stylist! Already made my next appointment.

I love this place! I was referred by a friend about a year ago and I'm glad I gave it a shot. I left my previous stylist because I felt like she didn't know how to work with my hair. I see Liza every 6 months or so and she's great. She does exactly what I want ! The staff is wonderful. It's a bit pricey but I rather pay to have it done right. Thank you, Cachet!

No complaints with cut & color (loved both, in fact). However, I received 2 voicemails days later advising me that I had been undercharged for services rendered. That, along with the returned phone call where I provided additional payment for a service that I had not requested but had been provided, left a sour taste in my mouth. If you’re a new client, be clear on services you’re seeking & certain your bill is accurate before walking out the door.
