I walked in on a Sunday at 3:45 pm and although they were somewhat busy, they had a spa chair for me. The vibe was mellow, with relaxing music playing, and all of the nail technicians were extremely kind. I’ve been working a lot of overtime, and really needed some self-care! My mani-pedi turned out beautifully, and the massages were so relaxing. Mostly though, I just really appreciate how kind everyone there was. Thank you 🫶🏼

Sadly, every time I get my nails done here they don’t even last a week :( My sister and I got our nails done here while she was visiting (this was Friday), and now Tuesday and both of our nails are already chipping away.. I think the quality of their polishes are just not very good, maybe they’re expired?

I’ve been going to this nail salon for a year and a half now. I’ve been a happy customer until my last two visits. My 2nd to last visit was ok. The shape wasn’t what I asked for and the chrome color wasn’t sealed properly so it rubbed off within a week but the over all look of the nails was neat and even on both sides and the guy was very nice. This time I came in with one of my hands filed just the way I liked them and I had a reference photo of exactly what I wanted to the T. The girl started filing my other hand without comparing both hands they came out noticeably different. When I mentioned the difference, she tried to tell me they were the same length just slightly different shape…my family and friends were easily able to point out the difference when I asked them afterwards. I asked for white and metallic (once again, just like the photo) and she did a pink base with regular silver polish. When I told her I wanted metallic and even showed her the color I had before and told her it was achieved with a powder she told me they didn’t have that color. (I had that color done there two weeks prior). She then told me it was chrome which I didn’t know the technical name but that’s exactly what was shown in the reference photo I showed her so I’m not sure where the confusion was. She forgot to put the white color on three of my nails until I said something and over all seemed annoyed that I was asking her to give me what was on the reference photo. I was disappointed with my experience. Im rating 3 instead of less because it’s easy to make an appointment and quick to get in. Over all the majority of the workers there are very nice. Edit: (response to owner) I understand that two hands might look different but the nails on the one hand she filed are inconsistent and unfortunate my coworkers pointed that out today.

I went to the cat with my girlfriend, we both got incredible nails! 💅 definitely a fair price because Chloe works magic!!! I’m bugging out about these nails!!!! Also I wanted to post the last set Chloe did for me too they were my pride nails!!

I’ve visited this place twice in total. I didn’t give it a one-star rating because my first experience was decent. However, the second time was absolutely terrible. A lady with glasses did my nails, and after removing the polish, she only cut my nails without even shaping them. Although the owner initially told me they didn’t have the exact color I wanted but could find a similar one, so I didn’t mind the color. But the style was completely different from what I wanted. After I went home, no one said it looked good; everyone said it was ugly. I was so upset I almost cried. The thought of spending $66 on a manicure that turned out so horrible ruined my whole week.

So clean and polite and quick! Got an appointment day of and was able to be seen with my boyfriend right away. He even asked if I liked the color after painting one nail so I could change if I wanted to. So considerate, no one has ever asked me that before!

I went for a mani-padi (no color). It was amazing. They are very gentle and thorough. It is a very relaxing environment and their prices are reasonable with market prices. I will be coming back.

The staff are lovely but 3 gel nails chipped after less than 10 days. When I went back to show them they redid the 3 (in the wrong colour) but then charged me for it. They said they only guarantee 5 days (which is the same time as regular polish and doing it yourself) I've had them 2 weeks today and another nail has chipped :/

Traveling from out of state for two weeks and needed my dip fix badly. Called ahead and they had me in within the hour. Chloe was my nail tech…. Very friendly, meticulous and got me in and out in an hour. A little jealous of all of you who get to frequent this place regularly and yes I LOVE natural looking nails. If you do too, this place is your SPOT! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Annie did my nails (acrylic), and did a GREAT job. This is the first time i’ve left after getting my nails done and had nothing to complain about, lol. She did wonderful. So happy with them. She paid great attention to detail and there are zero lumps.

I just moved from Ohio and this is the first nail salon I’ve been to here . They take Walk ins which is a plus . Very affordable , clean , and calm setting . I wanted to try something new . So i got Cat Eye nails . My boyfriend loves them and they are his favorite color . Thank you guys

Ugh, I hate leaving negative reviews, but I have been here three times and my nails are always super thick and chip so easily. I’ve had acrylics for a long time and never had my nails chip. The ones pictured here are from eight days ago. The last two times I went, I had two nails fall off, also a first for me! Honestly, I’ve yet to find a quality nail salon since moving downtown, despite paying way more than I was outside the city. Out of the ones I’ve tried, The Cat has the best color options by far, so that’s a plus!

Great services and great staffs My mom and I starts come to The Cat Nails and love this place since we moved here. Annie always do my acrylic nails and Chloe does my mom’s toes. They always offer drinks and chat with us. Highly recommend this place!

My friend and I are from out of state and decided to came here before our outings. We were not disappointed. They were very very kind and accommodating in all ways but also when we asked for me to have a female tech. She did a great job too, starting over on any part she felt wasn’t perfect which I really appreciated!

The spa is clean and the employees are polite and attentive. Whatever they did, this is the first time I've gotten dip powder nails taken off and my naturals nails didn't get soft and break after. Definitely coming back!
