The staff was beyond amazing, they are so warm and welcoming! Great customer service, took their time on my pedicure and gave me the best service while doing so. And did my toe design exactly how I wanted it! I’ll be back for sure!

DIRTY! Oh my god. So DIRTY! I’m not one to write a bad review, but wow. There was literally someone else’s nail clippings on the station I was at. I didn’t see ANY kind of barbicide or disinfectant of any kind anywhere. Legally they’re suppose to wipe down entire station after EACH client and disinfect every tool and use new files and buffers. Nail files were old and still had nail dust on them. The people who worked there were talking to themselves so much that the woman working on me ignored that I did not want matte but did it anyway. She then put another layer of polish on that was not matte on over and said it was ok. Can’t wait to see how poorly this polish lasts. She was very rude and didn’t even ask how the nail shape was or asked anything. My biggest concern for this place is sanitation. Bathroom is also gross. The entire place also smelled like mold! So gross! I hope I don’t get a fungus from this place. Not worth $45

Holly is the BEST but the whole team is wonderful! I always get the most beautiful, long-lasting, and eye-catching nail designs. My latest gel pedicure and manicure has lasted through 3 countries and a safari and is still going strong. I feel safe stepping out of my comfort zone of black and white with Holly and experimenting with colors. I'm ALWAYS happy with the results and tell everyone to go to The City Nail Bar to get theirs done!!

I was in town for business and wanted to relax and enjoy pedicure. A local search brought up this salon, and when I stopped by, I was not disappointed Extremely clean and modern. Tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and professional. The young man who performed my pedicure was very detailed and was conscientious of my comfort. Next time I’m here in town, I will definitely be stopping by for another ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️experience

I'm a middle-aged man who has never stepped foot in a nail salon before. I hate cutting my toenails and if I was rich, I imagine that I would pay someone to do it always! In recent years, I have also struggled with dry feet, so I thought I would try a pedicure. While I'm not rich, I do have some money, so I scheduled the basic pedicure, which is cheap enough that I thought I might do 2-4 times per year. Making an appointment was easy. I was able to find free (1 hour) street parking on Speer and it was a short walk to the City Nail Bar and Lash. I was greeted immediately and asked to have a seat in the waiting area. Within a few minutes, I was in a chair. Since it was my first time, I don't know if my expectations were realistic. However, I will not be going back. My nails were not cut short enough and very little was done to remove dead skin--lightly rubbing a textured/soapy sponge, but not paying attention to any specific areas like the heel. So it didn't check either of those boxes. Instead, entirely too much time was spent on moisturizing (??, lightly rubbing paste, not really a massage) my feet and lower legs, so maybe that's what people like? However, it also didn't make me feel pampered, so no silver lining there either. The salon owner/manager ran my card and selected no tip for me, which would be nice for some places, but this definitely seems like a job that should be tipped (regardless of my dissatisfaction), so fortunately I had some cash to hand the person who worked on me. I hope she was allowed to keep it! I may try a different salon, but I'm guessing that I just need to go to a podiatrist instead?

I’ve been going to city nail bar for a while now, it’s right across the street from my place so it’s super convenient. I love all of their color options and different style options. The staff is absolutely exceptional, you can tell that everyone there cares a lot about their work and Attention to detail. The pricing is great and the Is really cute as well!!

I was privileged to have been suggested this salon by a former coworker. I have been a handful of times and every time has been a charm! I have added some photos of my ombré gel X manicure as well as gel X chrome french periwinkle mani (from several weeks back). I have also posted *some* color options that they offer (I’ve never seen a salon with so many- they must have at least 500 options!). Ambiance: There is the cutest, welcoming neon sign and flower wall when you walk into the salon. There is calming music playing in the background which puts you at ease and creates an stress-free environment. City Nail Bar and Lash also offers a full bar of wine and mimosas (and a couple of small snacks) as well, which is always A+ in my book, haha. Holly is absolutely WONDERFUL. She not only created one or the most perfect natural ombré gel-x manis I’ve ever had ever(!), but she is also a genuine, down-to-earth, funny, and kind person. She is aware of the modern trends as well, which is great if you’re indecisive like me. :) TLDR this salon is a hidden gem in Denver. Visit if you can! I am already looking forward to my next visit.

I've been going here for over 2 years and loved every single visit! Aside from getting a great experience, you can also enjoy a glass of wine or bubbly 🥂 Perfect for a solo visit or with a group. It's my only spot in Denver!

Wonderful experience at this adorably decorated and very clean salon. Dan was very kind and thorough with my rebase and pedicure. I just moved back to Denver and needed a new nail salon, luckily this place is 2 blocks from my house and just a delightful experience. I have found my new salon 😃

Wen always gives me a quality dip mani that lasts 3+ weeks, including when I ask for tips, chrome, etc. Holly is efficient, knows her color stock well, and is up to try new ideas & designs.

Went in for a simple gel manicure and regular pedicure, and made an appointment for such (very last minute on the day of). I added chrome to my gel manicure and it’s still going strong a week later (pictured) — no chips, breakage, nothing! The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because they were short staffed the day I went in and couldn’t accommodate my pedicure. I still enjoyed my manicure and it’s one of the better more “premium” gel manicures I’ve gotten. I will be going back!

Called and made a 2pm appointment for mani/pedi and eyebrow. Checked in at 2:02 and she told me to sit in waiting area. Was taken for my mani at 230. Had to ask her to clean up my nails because there was polish on my cuticles. Was then given a pedi for an hour that was just Ok. I am a rock climber and lost my big toe I asked him repeatedly to just pair the small toe nail that was growing back and he instead kept putting nail strengthening clear polish on it and asking me if I was in a rush- i said kind of because I had been there for almost two hours. Guy doin my pedi was nice enough but when I asked about my eyebrow wax at the end he told me the girl who does them is doing someone nails- a walk in that had just walked in! He then rushed me to the counter to pay $110 for a manicure that lasted 15 minutes and a pedicure that isn’t even done. My feet still feel like I need a pedi. So many other places I’ve gone that do a better job. I won’t be back.

I am obsessed! I am in town visiting and called right when they opened to see if they could fit me in for a manicure and pedicure and they took me right away. The lady who did my pedicure was very thorough and didn't seem rushed or like she was trying to get to the next thing. The massage, the detail everything was excellent! The lady who did my nails was also very attentive to detail. I have never gotten my nails done with detail or tips before and she introduced me in the best way! I am obsessed with my nails! I showed her a picture that I wanted and she did that and so much more! I love that she knew what she was doing and already had an idea for the nails that she could not see in the picture. If you have an idea of what you want and you bring in the picture, I am confident that they will give you what you are looking for. I first went to them thanks to all the Google reviews and the incredible pictures that others had posted with the designs of their nails. I hope that mine inspires you to go and give them a try. I really am so in love with my nails! Parking is off Street parking BTW.

This is my go-to spot, I get pedis once a month. The staff is so sweet, does a great job, and the ambiance inside is pretty and relaxing. I've tried other places and they just don't compare to City Nail Bar. I used to live in downtown and moved to Lakewood early this year, and I always make it a point to come here. If your looking for a great nail spot, this is the place to be.
