Booked an appointment 11 days in advance with Kelly. She texted me at 10:30am the morning before.. Apparently I didn’t respond soon enough and she cancelled my appointment. God forbid you have a 9-5 and can’t be on your phone in time for the confirmation text. Super unprofessional.

I want to give a big shout out to Desi, I have been trying to find a stylist since moving to AZ 2 years ago, and I think I finally found someone!! Did a blowout first and today got a major cut and she was careful and sweet and for the second time, have felt so beautiful walking out. I can be more on the quiet side, I don’t talk much when sitting in the chair but she makes me feel really comfortable, definitely going to be a returning client of hers(:

Amazing, highly recommend, especially for blondes- Desi was one of the best stylists and colorists I’ve found out here….and I’ve been everywhere including the very high end salons. I’ll be back!

I had a Keratin treatment by Kelly yesterday, very dissatisfied. I was only there and hour, that’s including the pre wash. My past treatments took at least three hours. Doesn’t feel or look like any keratin treatment I’ve ever had before. Very disappointing, And I feel like I just wasted $230! Update: just washed my hair for the first time and it looks like I never had a Keratin treatment! My hair is so frizzy and wavy and this is not my first one so I know what to expect. I am so disappointed and feel cheated. I could have taken my money somewhere else, to someone who would have taken the time and not rushed through it and done it correctly!

It was my first time here. I saw SABRINA it said she was an ADVANCE stylist which was a complete lie. I showed her a pic of the color and cut i wanted and she said yes i can do that well no she couldn't it was awful. I had bleach spots all over my head and my ends were fried(my hair was very healthy). where the bleach spots were i had burn marks in those areas. come to find out when i called state board she was just get license is jan of 2023. so thank you SABRINA PAYNE LICENSE NUMBER 12300004 for not telling the truth about knowing what your were doing, messing my hair up, and how long you have been doing hair. i put her info on here for anyone else who falls victim from her hands.

Just moved to Arizona and had the do the one thing every blonde girl dreads: find a new hairstylist. Found the collective on instagram and decided to book with Trichelle and will absolutely be back!! Trichelle was so welcoming, made sure I knew exactly what she was doing with my hair, checked to make sure I was comfortable through the whole process and to top it off she was incredibly friendly and easy to talk to. We spent the better part of a 5 hour appointment (I was booked for 3 but it took longer because I have a lot of hair and not once did she complain) chit chatting and making each other laugh. I could not be happier with my hair, it is exactly what I asked for. All the other girls in the salon were so sweet, and Brooke curled my hair at the end of the service. She did an amazing job :) Overall there is a fun vibe in the salon and you can tell all the girls really love working there. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new salon. Book with Trichelle if she has availability!!

Make sure you use one of the high tier stylists. I had highlights with lowlights done by a new stylist and the black was gone within days and all over my pillow case and towels. The other stylists are good and the prices are reasonable.

Yesterday was my first visit to “The Collective,” and I absolutely loved the experience!! Gabby did a phenomenal job on my hair! She was so kind and attentive, and my hair looks amazing!! No one has ever been able to get my hair so blonde on the first visit (usually it turns out like brassy-looking), and my hair remains soft and healthy even after the coloring!! No damage at all! She paid careful attention to detail and also did a great job on the cut! I love how she was able to frame my face and cut off the exact amount I wanted! I really love my hair!!!! 10/10 experience. The studio is also very clean, great music, and the customer service was excellent!! The owner is very sweet!! I will certainly be returning! Thank you for my new hair, Gabby!!

5 STAR SERVICE HERE Would highly recommend Maddy!! I called 4 different salon and nearly gave up on calling since all of them were completely booked! My husband found this place and they had an opening! The staff is super friendly and you can tell that they are there more than just to get a paycheck! They have just found themselves a repeat customer. Super kid friendly!!

Amazing people and hair salons I had my appointment with a Wonderful woman named Marie and she helps me so much with choosing the right thing for my hair and yes I was a first timer so I was so nervous but once she got everything started and she let me know that it was going very well I was in awww with the finishing product much love to this studio and to the hairstylist thank you Marie !!!♥️♥️♥️🥰

I absolutely love coming here to see Lindsey! She is so friendly and always takes such good care of my hair. I am not picky by any means but I truly feel that she has given me the best haircuts I’ve ever received. The salon is also very clean and well maintained! I highly recommend this establishment and Lindsey specifically as a stylist.

I am visiting in town for the weekend, Kelly took me in as a walk in and made such a great impression. She was kind, attentive and knowledgeable! She truly made me feel comfortable, left my hair just as I wanted it and better. She gave me a head massage while shampooing and conditioning my hair and it was AMAZING. Felt so relaxed the entire time! Absolutely 10/10!

Katie is amazing. I expressed my concerns with her and how much I didn’t like getting my hair cut and she reassured me and showed me my hair before she did the initial cut. She was so friendly and sweet. When styling my hair she even tried to teach my how to curl it with a straightener because I told her I didn’t know how. I adore her and will definitely be going back! 🥰

This is not the place to go if you have short hair. I appreciated the fact that 2 different stylists made an effort to save it, but this haircut is a fail. I also wasn't happy that they knew I wasn't satisfied but still charged me full price.

When I relocated to Scottsdale and left behind my wonderful colorist/stylists who cared for me and my curls for over 15 years, I was a little lost. I was so happy to find Lindsey (Collective Hair Studio). She listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly what I hoped she would…highlights and cut! She’s has a great upbeat and caring energy. I highly recommend her!
