Crystal is an absolute gem, and I’m so grateful to be her client! She does an incredible job coloring and styling my thick, textured hair, always getting the color just right and using the best products that leave my hair healthier, looking and feeling amazing. What really sets her apart is that she is also empathetic, kind, and somehow always knows exactly how to meet all of my wants AND needs. She elevates those around her. :) Additionally, scheduling is easy, and the entire salon staff is warm, personable, and client-focused. Crystal’s attention to detail and professionalism make every visit a pleasure—I couldn’t recommend her more!

Crystal is amazing! She took on the task of doing my tape in extensions (after other salons had failed me, genuine horror stories) and in under a week I’m back to having beautiful long locks. Application was quick but SO well done, and the salon a pleasure to be in. Tape-ins are comfortably placed and she made the whole experience 10/10 in every possible way. If you want encouragement instead of arrogance you’ve come to the right salon - I genuinely would recommend Crystal to anyone looking for a new stylist.

Crystal is so wonderful. My hair is a tricky situation, going through multiple chemo treatments and having a lot of issues with keeping my hair strong, while also continuing to color. She has gone above and beyond to not only get my color just perfect but help my hair grow and recover. This salon is a pure gem and all the staff and hair professionals seem top notch and are always friendly!

Crystal was incredible! I had a bunch of worries about my hair and she addressed each one of them patiently. I gained knowledge from her remarks and she didn’t suggest anything excessive as needed. She also was great about sticking to my wishes for my hair and even helped me figure out what I would like best when my requests were vague like “this feels boring”. Had a wonderful haircut 100% recommend.

I’ve had the same hair stylist in Austin for 13 years. Finding a new one after moving is nothing short of daunting. Melanie is a freakin rockstar. 12/10 would recommend!! The collective is a beautiful studio, Melanie and Randy are both so kind. She took the time to understand my needs, was excited to play with my color and made me feel beautiful.

All of the stylists were so warm and talented, I saw some great dye jobs while I was in there too. Randy did a great job on my funky little cut and gave my super flat hair a little volume. Couldn't be happier.

Crystal Wlodarczyk is the best stylist. She cut my bangs so cute too and that is hard. My hair always looks amazing and the salon is so nice and clean. Love this place and would highly recommend Crystal, she is the best.

Fantastic! There is so much talent at this salon, and zero snootiness. These people are artists and masters on their trades! I've seen Randy and Melanie, and they are top notch. I'm so glad to have them in my neighborhood.

I had a great experience getting my hair colored with Melanie! I've been monitoring their books for a while hoping for a cancelation, and was lucky to get a last minute appointment today. Melanie was super upfront with me about what we could accomplish given that my hair had been box-dyed recently and I really appreciated her honesty and expertise. And the results were stunning!! I was able to achieve the look I wanted in a relatively quick timeframe, and Melanie was always making sure I was comfortable and happy through the whole process.

I went for the first time today and will definitely be returning. I was particularly impressed with how much time was spent understanding what I wanted in a cut. The owner Randy seemed to read my mind and articulate what I wanted even more than I could. I enjoyed the small and bright atmosphere too! Great experience all around.
