Great experience overall. He was very professional and knew his stuff. My color and full highlights came out beautiful. He even made sure to blow out my hair to best frame my face. Prices were very fair for the albuquerque area and his years of experience.

I am delighted to give Andrew a 5-star recommendation. My original hair color is long gone and Andrew brought me back to my true shade…with a lively pop! I left the cut entirely to him am excited that the updated style has taken years off my appearance. I love the one on one attention of Andrew’s private studio and his warm and easy interpersonal style. And I really appreciate how easy it is to schedule an appointment on his website - no trading messages and waiting for a call back. Andrew has done a great job of taking care of my hair. The results are consistently good and what I request. The studio is comfortable and welcoming and Andrew always does an amazing job of offering special amenities like a hot cup of cappuccino or a cold drink. Scheduling is easy and rescheduling is flexible. Overall a great experience!

Andrew is definitely my go to guy!! He takes his time and really makes sure he knows what you want before his execution!! Not only is he great at color, but I love how he cuts my long hair into beautiful layers!! I Highly recommend him!!

Andrew is fantastic! I had visited multiple salons in Santa Fe and Albuquerque requesting high dimensional hair with highlights and lowlights to blend with my graying hair. I was either told it couldn't be done or they made an attempt but it was never quite right. Andrew nailed it! He truly is 'The Colorist'.

Coming from a girl who is extremely particular about who touches her hair I could not recommend Andrew enough. I recently moved to ABQ and was really nervous about finding a new hairdresser. But I found Andrew and did a great job on my hair. I'm turning gray and he added platinum highlights to blend the gray in. He also gave me an adorable short and sassy haircut that really complements my face and head shape. I’ve never colored my hair before and am so pleased that I went with Drew! He used ammonia-free hair products, so it was a completely pleasant experience. Drew helped me get the coloring just right and I’m thrilled with the results. He also cut my hair which I haven’t done professionally in over 30 years. My friends and family were delighted to see such a wonderfully fresh style with deeply rich coloring. I came in and did a consult before making my appointment, as this was a big step for me. All I can say was the highlights were spot on. I have white hair. Hard to take color. But, I loved the results and will continue to drive from Ruidoso/Nogal to have my hair done. Very impressed. Loved the location as it coordinates with a nail salon on the first floor. Beautiful building. So, hats off to a great Colorist!!!!

Andrew did an amazing job cutting my hair right before my wedding! I haven’t gotten a haircut in years and felt this comfortable. I’ve always avoided going but my first time with Andrew, he kept talking me through each thing he was going to do and made it easy for me to communicate what I wanted. He also gave me great advice on how to keep my hair healthy and moisturized. I will continue to go to him every 8 weeks. Andrew is by far my favorite colorist. I truly hate trying to find a new one when I move and he made the transition east peasy. My first visit was so flawless from making the appointment to getting my hair beautified that I haven’t looked back! I get a response for an appointment super quick and that makes me happy! He is super talented and I enjoy coming in, not just for my roots (it’s natural okay?), but for the conversation! He’s great and always remembers all my stories (stylists are the best listeners right?). I’ve truly enjoyed each and every time I’ve come in, every 6 weeks like clockwork!

andrew is a magician!!! i tried to bleach dark red out of my hair and i ended up ruining my hair. i needed someone i could trust, so i took the dive and went to andrew after having multiple salons tell me they couldn’t help me. he immediately ran ideas by me and we decided on two options based on possible outcomes after the lightener. he got to work and did not disappoint. this is a color i never thought i’d pull of, but he proved me SO wrong. never going anywhere else!
