Best massage I've ever received. Will highly recommend to all my friends and family and definitely will be going back. What I appreciate most is that she knows what she's doing and took one look at my back and told me where my trouble areas were, and then actively spent the next 90 minutes working it out. She is super efficient and works hard. My neck is now moving freely on a swivel like it hasn't in awhile. I have never walked out of a single massage feeling so radically better than when I walked in. Yes, she will ask you to pay for services + tip up front. Yes, she may ask you to remove underwear to be able to work on the lower back. No, this is not that kind of massage parlor, this place is 100% above board. If you're looking for someone to just rub your skin with oil for $200/hr, this is not the place. If you're looking for therapeutic, targeted deep-tissue massage, from someone who knows what they're doing and takes pride in their work, then do not hesitate to try this place out!

I was highly recommended to come here by my SIL, as I’d complained of feeling crippled by my physically demanding job. I was thrilled at how quickly I was able to get scheduled for an appointment. Parking is roomy and hassle-free. She’s incredibly personable and her insightful into my bad habits was almost spooky while massaging me—without me mentioning anything, she out of nowhere commanded that I “stop crossing my legs” (not during the massage, but in general; I even cross my legs in my sleep apparently, per my husband). Anyways I’d walked in a knotted beef jerky and left as a tender filet mignon.

Rita has the hands of a true healer. She immediately identifies your tension spots as soon as she begins the massage. She did an incredible job easing the tension in my neck and shoulders, leaving me more relaxed than I’ve been in a long time. I have always had a fantasy of a masseuse being able to tell what hurts and fix it without me telling them. Rita can do that and it’s wonderful. This is not a mushy rub down - you are seeing someone who understands muscles and tension and can make you feel better. I so wish we could take her back to New York with us!

I have had several massages with Rita, 1 hour and 1.5 hour sessions, she is great at same-day appointments, does a variety of massage types including therapeutic, relaxation, deep tissue and hot stone therapy. I would recommend her, especially if you prefer a firm style of pressure, she adjusts accordingly to the clients needs. I would return here for her services.

Rita has a gift! I did quite a bit of research and appreciated all of her glowing reviews. She really listens, finds the root cause of any discomfort, and does incredible work. Not only is the experience of the deep tissue massage incredible, but she’s also taught me stretches to do at home so I can recover from workouts or aches. She’s very prompt over text to schedule and her space clean and thoughtful. She genuinely cares about my well being and I appreciate her greatly.

Rita was so incredibly forceful with telling me to tip her more after I felt forced to tip her in the first place. She ran my credit card while blocking the door from the massage room and then pushed her phone in my face and said "How much for a tip?" ... after I tipped her, she asked for a larger tip. I responded with, "I can't afford to give you a bigger tip." She moved away from the door after my response and that was that. She also stopped the massage 6 minutes early...the clock was right there on the wall. Her explanation for that was that there was a client who showed up early so I guess my massage got cut short. The massage itself was pretty good, but her lack of etiquette is just disgraceful! I was there on Monday, May 27th, 2024 and will not be voluntarily returning.

Went to go see Rita for the first time last week and I have to say it was the best massage I've gotten from a number of places I have been to. I went to her for the Deep Tissue + Hot Stone Massage. She really took care of me and made me feel so much better. Will be going back. Recommending her to all my family and friends.

For the last 2 weeks I had back pain that made it difficult to walk. And they recommended Rita to me and that same day she gave me an appointment, I loved her kindness, she gave me a lot of confidence, she was very careful with my body and when I had questions she took the time to explain to me. I just went last night and today I feel very good. I will definitely return. I recommend her very good at her job. Rita is simply the best! She is so kind and genuinely cares for your health and will go above and beyond to try to fix your issues. She has fixed my chronic back and shoulder issues and my husband and I now go back for regular maintenance. She has also given us great advice on what to eat and how to stay healthy. She also takes great care of her facility and it's always very clean and comfortable. It has been so difficult to find an authentic and high quality massage in Portland so I am so blessed to have found Rita.
