First time for me to get my hair done by Kayla, and it was such a great experience! Kayla knew exactly what I wanted after telling her what type of haircut I want, as well as the hair color I want. Kayla did a great job and delivered. My hair felt smoother, lighter and healthier. I definitely recommend this salon for your self care needs, and essentials.

I hired the copper pin to help with my bridal party, MOB and MIL’s hair styles on my wedding day! They were prompt, kind, fun and sweet, and very professional. Jess J in particular did my bridal hair trial and my hair on wedding day and I am so so happy with how it turned out - it was exactly what I was looking for and it lasted all wedding day! Everyone else in the bridal party was so complementary of their hair stylists as well. I would definitely recommend them for any future brides! Thanks again to the amazing team that helped start styling hair at 8 AM on wedding day (Jess J, Jaiden, and Kelli) and made us all feel so beautiful!!

Having never had a facial, I was a bit leery. But, Rebecca Thomas was awesome! The time went quickly, I was so relaxed and my skin felt amazing. I asked Rebecca if getting a facial might be addictive. She smiled. It is very addictive! Thank you for a fabulous experience. The space is great fun and everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. Get a facial. You'll be glad you did!

Booked a specialty blonde treatment on a whim with Angela during a visit to Omaha and am SO HAPPY with the results. I had spent (undisclosed horrendous amount of money) at salons in LA to get the kind of blonde that Angela gave me in an afternoon. She is an expert and an artist and a delight to spend your day with! Cannot recommend more for the most perfect, natural looking blonde highlights. It always feels like a bit of gamble to go in for the pricey perfect blonde look, but I *finally* found it with Angela!! Thank you so much!

I’ve seen Anastasia a few times for massage and she is SO great! I’m a really tense person but she gets in and works everything out! I won’t see any one else now…highly recommend seeing her for any issues or just a relaxing time.

They do great work! I was in for my Pretrial Wedding hair & makeup a couple weeks ago. Booking was a little difficult & took 1 wasted visit but was well worth the time and cost so far.. although I thought the Pretrial came with the cost of booking but it doesn't, and actaully cost more than the booking cost. So that was disappointing. I'm super excited for wedding day next weekend!

Best massage by Kelsey! I have been here twice for massages with Kelsey. Both times for long lasting pain. This girl knows how to give a massage! Her knowledge of anatomy is apparent right from the start, she knows how to work and stretch ever muscle and you will leave there feeling amazing every time!

My mom and I were staying the in Old Market for the weekend and we both needed haircuts. We found the Copper Pin and were taken care of by Kayla. Kayla listened to our hair needs, and cut our hair just as we were wanting it! It was a lovely experience. Very reasonable price for a shampoo, cut, blow-dry, and style. Kayla also recommended some products to us on our way out, and I am loving them so far. We recommended this salon to family and friends in the area, and plan on making a stop here next time we are in town!

Angela was the stylist I went to...bad decision. I left with nothing good to say about my experience. My haircut is AWFUL so uneven. This is the WORST haircut I have gotten. Looks like I cut it myself. She was also rough with brushing and blowing drying my hair. Won't be returning EVER again. Save yourself from this expensive bad haircut.

Chrystal - The front desk lady is a reception QUEEEEEN. From the moment I walked in she had my forms ready to be signed for me massage and offered me water to get comfortable before hand! From the moment you walk in and the moment you walk out Chrystal is always there with a Smile :D Edit to review: Went for a massage with Anastasia - What a wonderful experience!!! They are very welcoming and do an amazing job communicating and helping figure out the problem areas. Always making sure you are comfortable !!! Never a bad experience at the copper pin!

Got a facial today from Rebecca and she did a fantastic job! She used great products, performed a wonderful massage and almost made me fall asleep, it was THAT good. Rebecca is super personable, she will make you feel very comfortable. I cannot wait for my next service with Rebecca!

Highly suggest never booking or getting anything done with Angela here. My friend went in for a trim & face framing layers, and left with more than 6 inches cut, and her hair was completely uneven and choppy. After going back in tears to have it fixed, Angela never apologized and never offered to reimburse her. She seemed to care more about rushing through the appointment than actually taking the time to do a good job. Angela has no respect or regard for her clients and prioritizes rushing through appointments. Do not book with Angela !

I saw Anastasia for a full body massage and it was absolutely wonderful. She was very thoughtful and intentional with her practice. She was both gentle and thorough in all of the knots I’d developed in my neck and upper back. I felt totally at ease with her and would recommend her to anyone who needs some quality self care. I also saw Madison for an eyebrow tint and wax and a lash lift and tint. She was so thorough, gentle, and careful. I felt completely relaxed throughout the entire process and my brows and lashes look amazing! I’m already looking forward to coming back.

I used to go here for getting my hair dyed and April Heller always did an incredible job! Now I have all my hair cut off I go for facial and I cannot recommend Madison Niles enough! She just does such an amazing job and has great attention to detail. 10/10

I was lucky enough to get a last minute massage appointment with Anastasia. I had extreme back tightness from work and golfing. She was able to find my problem spots and use deep pressure and great technique to break up the knots and tightness. 90 min have her enough time to focus on my problem areas and also rest of body with more moderate pressure to provide a relaxing session. I get massaged regularly and will definitely see her again.

I've had many massages over the years, and Anastasia is by far the best masseuse I've experienced. I have followed her from previous studios because of her exceptional skill. It is evident that she understands musculoskeletal anatomy through her ability to address painful or stubborn areas with admirable pressure, motions, and her expanding repertoire of techniques. The Copper Pin has a wonderful aesthetic overall, and the wide array of services provides the opportunity to get a massage and pedicure all in one outing! I look forward to more massage sessions with Anastasia, and to trying more of the spa services available at this beautiful location!

3 stars because I didn't actually get anything done, this was just for the process of trying to get a bridal hairstylest set up for my wedding. The event coordinator hasn't been in touch with me for a week, it shouldn't be this difficult to get something squared away. Made me feel like my day isn't important enough to your establishment.
