My finance and I booked a couples massage with an extra hour in the private rose room for a romantic bonding experience. The massage exceeded my expectations only because of some of the lower reviews . I’m telling you sometimes you have to try things out yourself and we are both happy we did ! The rose room had everything we needed for some alone time. A jacuzzi, a sauna, music, wine, grapes, chocolates, massage chairs, etc. On our way out I was given a rose just because (so sweet) and a staff member offered to take photos of us! (Such a thoughtful gesture) !!

Came here for my 1 year anniversary with my boyfriend. We had such a great time in the rose room. We got the diamond package with a 1.5 hour massage, sushi and champagne, a jacuzzi, sauna, TV, and huge room all included. Everyone there was very kind, efficient, and clean. Would highly recommend for couples looking to treat themselves. Shoutout to Jay too!

I had great experience at this spa! My boyfriend and I purchased the 50 minute Couples Swedish Massage and it was just what we needed to start off our anniversary. The massage rooms are downstairs and once you check in, they bring you there and give you a moment to take off your clothes. The masseuse asked me if the pressure was too hard or soft so I appreciate the attentiveness. Cleanliness is huge for me and the spa was very clean! Afterword one hour massage was over, we went back upstairs and were given some tea as a part of our package (we purchased it via Groupon). I want to come back here and experience the Rose room at a different time, but now that I am familiar with this place I feel very happy and will be returning Customer. Tips-- -Bathroom is on the first floor -If you have trouble with stairs, not too sure if this place is for you unless the owner responds and says otherwise. I didn't see an alternate way to go down the stairs. -I called to make a reservation and when I called they asked me if I purchased through Groupon yet, I had said no, and they said they would honor the Groupon price. That was cool with me, but when I went in with additional taxes and such it ended being more than Groupon's offer so I purchased with Groupon instead and canceled the appointment I made (this was weeks in advance so I didn't do any last minute changes, that would be unfair). Why 4 Stars? -- I came across a tricky payment situation that I wasn't pleased with, but it wasn't the *worst* situation I've come across. -There is a $10 sanitation fee and it is per person. This gets tricky because the website says $5 per person (I have the screenshot to prove it) but they still charged me $10 per person. Ultimately I have MUCH better things to say than anything, but I am big on keeping it honest out here. Even if it's just $10, still worth keeping accountable. None of this is to discredit the massage therapist, they are wonderful and deserve the best. Always tip on the original price of the service not the Groupon discounted cost!

Overall great experience!!! We were greeted by Jay upon arrival,didn't wait long to be taken care of and were shown to our rooms. We were given lovely and relaxing massages by Su and Sammy.We felt very relaxed and warm at the end of our massages and were given complementary wine to cool off and chat about our experience. Jay was a great host who also took some stunning photos of us after our massage. Truly a memorable date night!! Would love to come back soon.

Wonderful experience. My boyfriend & I came as an anniversary gift to ourselves. Jay at the front asked if we were celebrating anything special, and mentioned this was for our anniversary. After our massage, he complimented us with champagne. Jay then offered to take some photos of us and he went all out getting all the angles. Before we left, he surprised me with a rose. The massage was perfect as well. My boyfriend was so relaxed I heard him snore! I’m super ticklish on my back, and I was excited that I able to enjoy the service since I usually feel tense when the masseuse gets to my back. She read my body and worked really well with me. Overall, phenomenal service. Clean establishment. Excited to go back.

I have been to quite a few SPA experiences throughout Queens and NYC. This place , by far supercedes all my experiences. The service is incredible, the massage amazing and the bath, HEAVEN! It is very much worth getting the Royal Bath experience. The fresh rose petals in an amazing perfect temperature bath - just so relaxing. This place goes out of its way to help you relax and unwind. The facility is very clean and cared for.

My husband and I love this spa - we have been going since we were dating. The service is excellent, space is clean and comfortable, and affordable pricing. One time I badly hurt my knee for over a week (couldn’t walk normally nor run), got a full body massage, and my knee was completely fine the next day. Excellent experience always and can’t emphasize enough how great the staff is!

Wouldn’t recommend this spa. My boyfriend booked this for a couples massage and it was terrible. It was really rough and when I asked for a softer massage the massage lady scoffed/laughed and commented something in chinese. I asked 3 times for a softer massage and she ended the massage with hitting me on entire body. My boyfriend’s massage was good but I wouldn’t recommend this as a romantic place. It’s a little dingy and not worth your money. ZZ day spa is way better!

I enjoy the couples massage. I usually book via Groupon. The pros: space is clean, they offer tea/water, and mints. Recently I’ve really enjoyed the receptionist. It can take a few calls to get them on the phone. Cons: they charge additional fees ($10 per person although others have indicated at some point it was $5pp). They provide suggested gratuity which can be confusing. Total tip should be approximately $40/50. However the way it’s written you may be inclined to tip each masseuse $40 or $50. The service can be prompt. They will provide not a second over 50 minutes. They have been accommodating in rescheduling which could be because they are experiencing an influx in masseuse. Overall I’d return, but only with the Groupon.

Well worth it. I would recommend looking into offering CBD masage oil as an add on. I recommend The CBD clinic line of products. Staff were friendly and professional.

My friend gave me a Groupon gift for swedish massage..I upgraded to deep tissue (+$20) and then added 20 mins (+$20) and there was a $10 fee (not sure why maybe Groupon) and $20 tips..does it worth it ? Absolutely not ..just go somewhere in lower side..it's much cheaper guys

The rose room is an amazing experience for couples. It’s like having a spa all to yourself, and truly felt like a relaxing luxury experience in the heart of NYC. Loved the included massage which was SO COMFY!! The room is well appointed and large, with a comfortable jacuzzi, quaint sauna, and awesome snacks/wines! Great anniversary/ holiday city retreat

Was disappointed - I wanted romantic deep massage but place looked like a cheap red room from 50 shades. My massage was ok, husband hated his massage. Got a bad vibe from the owner, but felt bad for the massage workers there so didnt say anything. I dont get why I had to pay $270 for service + pay seperate $10 per head clean up fee. Tips in cash in envelope and you cant give it directly to the girls. The owner collects it and puts it in a wooden box. Do the workers even get the tips? Only positive note: They are accomodating.
