I use the infrared sauna 1-2 times a month. The booking process is simple. When I arrive the staff is always friendly and pleasant and I'm in/out of the sauna in 45-50 minutes. Very relaxing and enjoyable and helps me continue my weight loss journey.

I love my weekly covery visits. It’s truly my favorite and most relaxing part of my week. I also enjoy seeing all the friendly smiling faces. Truly a great place to be, and one of the best things I’ve done for my health.!

I absolutely love The Covery on Perkins. Have had several of their services. Paula is amazing! All the staff are very welcoming and informative. I would not go anywhere else!

I absolutely love the sauna and Cryo here at Perkins Road location! The best red light and salt sauna in my books! The fabulous customer service that they provide is the best of the best! Prices are very reasonable! I feel amazing when I leave the spa with so much energy! Wow! Try it!

The staff is wonderful here. I love this place. I always feel so warmly welcomed and they are extremely knowledgeable about their services. They take the time to explain everything and that is a luxury this day in age. I’m addicted to the cryo machine but of course I believe in all of their services. Come try out the red light sauna, the hyperbaric oxygen tank and the lymphatic drainage compression sleeves. They of course offer much more. These are just my favorites.

I visited the Perkins rd location and was waited on by Sarah. She did an amazing job explaining The Coverys services and how everything works. I did the cryo and red light therapy and it was great! The building is very upscale and extremely well taken care of. I highly recommend trying it out, I will certainly be back and will make sure Sarah works that day!

The Covery is a medical spa with red light therapy, an oxygen therapy capsule, sauna, salt therapy, IV therapy and cryo- therapy. There’s also spa services for facials and other services. The staff is really helpful and kind.
