After Lorena’s teachings I’ve learned to be so confident in my lashing all while having so many loyal clients who come to me on a regular basis, not to mention the finances I’ve made this past year I would’ve never thought I’d get this good this fast . I took Lorena’s lash class and it was one of the best decisions i’ve made. She is so sweet and helpful and she really sets you up for success. She provides so much detail on the anatomy of the lashes, chemistry of the products, and all the different techniques you can use. After the class Lorena continues to mentor you if you have any further questions which is beyond helpful. I couldn’t recommend this class more, it’s 100% worth your money!

If you want to get burned for your money come here Lorena does not even use all the fill for the lips and tells people come back in a week to get more and charges people for half of what they really are getting. Not to mention I got my hair done wanted purple and got red which are two different colors. Got my lashes done and had the lashes glued to my eyelid sending me into the er with a swollen eye and Lorena did nothing about it and wanted to charge me to remove the lashes they didn’t install correct. Not to mention the lumps and bruises on my lips she left me with. When I filed a claim with my bank I got burned 150.00 since I prepaid and Lorena refused to fix any issues or anything so she blocked me and refused give me my money back for work she never did. My sister was charged over 400 for her brows and came out looking like the Grinche. Poor service a huge rip off and talked to other women getting ripped off here. Take your money and time elsewhere !!!! I would give a zero star but needed at least one to leave a review.

I’ve been a client of Lorena’s for about 6 years! I will be a forever client 💓 I’ve also had the privilege of being a student of hers. I took her lash class a lil over a year and I couldn’t of made a better decision to start my lash journey with her. She’s gotta be the best of the best out there. The knowledge I obtained from the course has me booked out weeks in advance. If you’re thinking about taking the class do it!! I promise you won’t regret it!!

I’ve come to Lorena maybe 5 times while I’m in town visiting family. I am very specific in what I want done - wispy with 10 mm on inner corners, 11 on outer corners, and 15 in the middle. The last few times I came to her I was coming in once a week, $70 each time. Charging high quality California prices in New Mexico. Lorena was 30 minutes behind for my second appointment and didn’t even have the manners to apologize. Third appointment she was 10 minutes late for, again no apology. Don’t expect this person to respect your time. To make things worse I left my third appt with ridiculous looking extremely dense lashes. They were nowhere near wispy style. Lorena claims to be “fast” but this is because she only fills your lashes and doesn’t remove the outgrown lashes. Because of this, the outgrown lashes start to twist and tangle with other lashes. I’ve been getting lashes done for over 3 years - I can tell when someone is being lazy. When my regular lash girl in California sees me after I’ve seen Lorena, she tells me how many outgrown lashes she didn’t remove. Lorena offered a refund over the phone and then privately messaged me to tell me she would only give me half of my money back since she spent an hour and a half on my lashes. This is true - she spent an hour and a half giving me ridiculous lashes that I hadn’t requested in the first place. I would have rather left with no lash extensions on! If Lorena needed that $35 so badly, well she can keep it. So grossed out by this person. Oh, and as soon as she knew I didn’t like my lashes she blocked me from reviewing her on her website! Who knows how many people she’s done a poor job on who can’t leave a review because she’s prevented them from doing so.

Lorena did my first new set and they lasted almost a month. Also, this is random, but if you’ve had lashes before many of the glues used burn eyes. Great news, their glue is amazing and DOES NOT burn your eyes. Angelina did my fill and also did a great job.

For my first time I am telling everyone that I know that if they hear about your company I will put the do the company down bad owner. I will not forget my bad experience with your company. I called to let them know what happened to me at your place. Your manager said that you do not refund my money that you from me. That is bad business.

Highly don’t recommend this salon! Lorena charges high quality prices for work that’s not high quality. Eyelash extensions caused a rash on my eyes. Lip fillers are cheap and burn your lips. Paid $400 for patchy eyebrows I now need to pay $500 to fix. Then had a girl leave in the middle of a hair service but wanted me to still pay for the service.

Marissa is amazing! I always leave with the most beautiful hair and she will only do as much as she can so your hair stays healthy but it still comes out perfect! She’s also so nice and caring, getting my hair done with her is always the best experience. The place is beautiful and welcoming. 10/10

Had my lashes done here a good amount of times and haven’t switched since. Super cute and durable for the most part, and always looked exactly like the inspo pictures I brought for when I wanted to change up my style. Love the game but still glam style Im always able to get here.

I rescheduled with a hair colorist Desiree twice the first time she was sick, which was completely understandable. The second time she said that she had prior obligations after I sent her a picture of what I had wanted stating that she needed a minimum of four hours I’ve yet to receive a refund on my deposit do not recommend.

Please don’t waste your time and money on seeing Lorena for permanent makeup. She botched my right eyebrow about a year ago. I should have done my research on her work instead of just looking at her ex coworkers eyebrows for reference. Which she also messed up her eyes brows as well. I thought as time went on and when I got my touch up my brows would look better. They only got worse. During my initial appointment she literally shaved off more than a quarter of my right eyebrow. From then on it just progressively worsened. I am now going to another permanent makeup artist who fixes peoples work. She’s worked on several of Lorena’s clients, correcting her work. I have never been more insecure about my face before. In between my appointments with my new lady I have to wait several weeks. She is removing Lorena’s work so that way we can restart. I am now spending more money and time on a process that was never my fault in the first place. Her license has been reported to the state multiple times. Please, whatever you do. Do not see her.
