Alexa and Ashley were the absolute best!!! What a dream having them for my wedding! They were so personable, fellow mom’s knowing exactly how to multitask and socialize with the rest of my girls! Not to mention they made our hair dreams come true! I loved my make up and every single thing they did did not go unnoticed by of us! Thank you girls so much for making my day so special!

Alexa did my hair and makeup (plus a trial) for my wedding and everything was phenomenal! My hair and makeup stayed the entire day/ night and was absolutely flawless. In addition, Alexa is kind and friendly, making the entire experience very pleasant. Would highly recommend!

I’ve been going to the Cut off Salon for years and they always do an amazing job with every service they provide. I highly recommend getting a massage there with their massage therapist, Jennifer, she’s wonderful and accommodating. I also highly recommend Roanna, their esthetician. She always does an amazing job with my skin, especially with acne treatments. Kathy and Amelia do excellent jobs with hair extensions as well!!

She has made all of my hair dreams come true, and the entire staff is so nice and accommodating. I used to always feel anxious going to salons, but now it’s my favorite place to go!! First stay in North Conway & first visit to The Cut Off Salon. What an amazing massage with Jen and fabulous facial with Roanne! Talk about a dynamic duo! Both of these ladies are kind, professional, calming, and talented. I arrived in the morning with almost no sleep (literally), and was lucky enough to receive 2 dream treatments back to back! They made me feel comfortable right away and were very personable as well. The energy is felt the moment you walk through the door to their work space. The environment, lighting, sounds, music, air, etc. was relaxing and organized. What a little slice of heaven I walked into! These gals have some special love & healing in their hands!

Had to leave a review after a great experience here. I wanted some help with a last minute blowout on my frizzy thick hair. They were able to accommodate me same day and Ashlee was awesome. My curly hair is really difficult, but she took her time and smoothed it out to style it exactly how I hoped it would look. Front desk staff was friendly and they have lots of amazing products available for purchase. Very reasonable pricing, too. Over 24 hours later still riding out this blowout! Woke up to clean smooth hair again, didnt even have to touch it. Thank you! Will be back.

I can’t say what a great team of people with so much talent are working there It’s a gem in the rough Not only I get regular haircuts and color from so May true artists but I discovered Jen who does an incredible job w massages and reiki and so much more Her skills are off the charts I had so many braì injuries and recently a triple jaw surgery with some set backs She is one of the most special and super talented and knowledgeable people I had the pleasure e of meeting With her exceptional skills healing skills she managed to bring some of my drooping post surgery and semi mouth paralysis back to normal Please book a service with her She is a try healer

I had an amazing experience at The Cut Off Spa today. My facial with Roanna and massage with Jen were both incredible and very relaxing! My skin is smooth and soft and my muscles are relaxed. Thank you both. The spa and salon is gorgeous I also got to enjoy a delicious tea in the hammock chair. Thank you Ladies and thank you Kathy for a beautiful space to relax.

I started going to Alexa for my eyelashes and she listened to my preference and what I wanted and needed for my lash look. Talking with her I questioned doing some low lights in my beach blonde hair I haven't changed since I was a teenager. Because Alexa listened and discussed everything so well, I felt I could trust her to color my hair. I left the Cut Off Salon feeling like a million bucks. She is an expert colorist! She couldn't have done it any better. Everyone I show is was amazed. I love love love my hair!! I can't thank you ebough Alexa!!!

I went in with level 6 virgin hair. Emma got my hair lighter than anyone has ever. My vivid came out absolutely amazing. She understood and took the time to understand and to listen to me about my unique haircut. I absolutely love my cut in color. I do have one small criticism is that will not be factored into stars that I was not offered a drink and until my fiance made a smart remark. Did not know that they offered beer or wine. I would have loved to know that an upfront. My fiance also got his hair cut and it was absolutely incredible. Even though it is 2 and 1/2 hours away from my house, I will absolutely be going back. I cannot wait to make a new review for my bridal hair and makeup

Kathleen Kiesman is the greatest hair goddess ever! She is my stylist and does my extensions. Kathy is so talented and a beautiful human being. My family and i are on vacation and my 2 little girls wanted a haircut. I looked up places on google and chose this one. Called and got an appointment for both of them same day and they loved it. $ 32 for my 8 and 10 year old, i would definitely bring them back. Well worth it!

My sister got married yesterday, and our party got our hair and makeup done at The Cut Off. It was an excellent experience, we were a little worried because of the heat and chance of rain. Not only did we leave with great looking hair and makeup, our looks held until well after the wedding. We were able to purchase lipstick for touch-ups if we wanted to (I asked, they didn't try and push products on us), which I thought was genius. They really listened to what we wanted, offered great suggestions/ advice, and helped make the day special. 100% would go again or advise friends to go.

We purchased a day at the spa. This was supposed to come with a custom facial, 15min massage, Mani, Pedi, blowout and makeup touchup. The facial was lovely! Ro was a darling. Her facial massage was very relaxing. They use Naturopathica products. If I was just rating the facial she would get 5stars. After the facial while I was waiting for the massage she offered the red light. The massage was decent coming from a machine. If you like hands on I would recommend upgrading. While I got my massage my friend got her makeup done. *I never received my makeup application*. No stars are factored as no provider was involved. **This is the worst manicure and pedicure I have ever paid for.** If I was rating just on the nails I would be doing one star. See pictures for details. She applied the base of blue so thick you can still see the blue through two thick layers of polish. She also kept bumping my nails and messing them up. She missed my heel when filing and cut my ankle. The polish also went all over my cuticles which she did not clean up. My 9yr old niece does this quality of work. She curled my hair, no wash but it's only day two hair so that's fine. The curls are good. She should probably stick to this until she gets more practice in on nails.

Everyone is always so nice here, and Alexa always does such a great job doing my lashes!
