As a single mother of 2 children it was a large accomplishment for me to venture out to have my own independent salon suite for my skincare services. I decided that The Dale was perfect. I loved everything about it, it seemed perfect. Even though it was Christmas time I wanted to have my suite ready for the new year. The Dale had told me they were going to frost my door so my clients and I would have privacy. Without the door frosted anyone can see in clear as day. There is no way someone could get undressed for their appointments without that privacy. Long story short, they tell you that you have a $2000 credit to your account to fix up your suite the way you want it (and they also take your deposit) but they don’t follow through with what they say they are going to do. My door was never frosted and that was the only thing I requested of them. I had to vacate the suite after 6 weeks in order to preserve mine and my client’s privacy. I had of course contacted them many occasions on this, they just say they’re working on it. I was extremely shocked and disappointed with The Dale. This has been a major inconvenience to my business on so many levels, not to mention the financial impact it’s had on me and my children.

We’re one of the lucky tenants here at the Dale! All the staff members from management have been very kind and they made the move in process super easy & it was very organized! The place is absolutely gorgeous. All the tenants there are also super kind and supportive. It is a great community to be a part of. Bad experience. Dog barking my whole service, did not feel relaxed (which is not my service providers fault) and felt like i was in a zoo. Do not recommend

Clean day spa environment with services that include hairstylists, skin treatments, body waxing, pedicures, and tanning. My stylist (Mikayla @ Yeah Girl Salon) is talented, intelligent, and understands customer service. I would recommend her and this facility to others.

I am a partner here! My business, Jewelry For Your Face, offers makeup and hair styling services. I visited many salon suites when looking for a home for my business. None of them embodied the essence and aesthetic I was looking for. That is, until I did a walk through at The Dale. This place is beautiful inside and out. We are facing camelback mountain which gives us a breathtaking view. There are two courtyards, a large waiting area, break room, shampoo station & coffee bar! If you are looking for a home for your business, there is no place like The Dale Modern Day Spa. 10/10 recommend!

I visited The Dale for nail services after a friends stylist moved in, and was so pleasantly surprised at this refreshing and inviting space. The salon's atmosphere is simply stunning—beautifully designed and clean. I’ve found a new gem.

My hair girl nina at blondeslovebalayage has found her forever location to do hair. Her place is called Blonde collective salon. (Cute name) I am so thrilled for her. She is the best colorist of all time and all of Scottsdale. Her blonding skills are unmatched and she is very experienced in haircuts as well. I am so excited that she is back in the old town area, or is this Scottsdale? Who knows, all I know is I hope she doesn’t leave me like my other hair girl did. That was brutal finding a new person that can get my hair perfect
