Booked a couples massage through text, when we arrived it smelled like cigarettes in the lobby. They didn’t even have us in the same room because she said it wasn’t booked as a couples massage even though I had the entire text thread. My husband said his therapist talked the entire massage. Probably won’t be coming back here

SOOOOOOO rude. I threw away a gift card massage because these people were so rude and unfriendly that I didn't even wanna go to the apt. Absolutely a waste of money for my mother but I just can't imagine trying to relax in such a toxic environment.

There was a scheduling issue with The day spa we were giving wrong information. After our disappointment at the facility there was supposed to be a message left for Lisa which I guess was not. I called back on Monday and receive the rudest, defensive response from a business owner. Disappointing to say the least then for the owner to say it’s just a massage. Is a bit concerning that you are stating such careless responses. After years of coming to this organization started back when it was Essential Spa never ever experienced such disappointment and lack of accountability for their mistakes.

Really wouldn’t recommend this spa. I was given a gift card when the company was Essentials Massage. Recently tried to use it and was told there is no gift card on file because of the ownership change. This was a wedding gift for a couples massage so definitely not cheap. After calling over the course of 3 days I ultimately was told if they were to honor my gift card it would be “giving away” a service for free. But this seems really horrible to do to customers and completely unfair to punish someone for the lack of organization when switching ownership. Instead of making right of their mistake, they have told me there’s nothing they can do.

Lori is absolutely phenomenal!!! I love to get my parents a gift card to this place for special occasions and both my father and mother had said that Lori is the best masseuse that they’ve ever had! The next massage I book, I will definitely request for her again. I wish I could give her more than five stars, she deserves it.

Nicole was absolutely amazing!!! I went in for my first facial ever and I felt so relaxed during and after. It's been 2 days and my face is still feeling refreshed! She told me everything she was going to use and the atmosphere was so peaceful and inviting.

Went in for a couples massage. Me and my husband had Amanda and Joseph, they were phenomenal!!! I cannot recommend this place enough!!! We were very nervous never having a massage before but we definitely will come back.

My massage session was more of minimum effort cheap oils rubbing session. The session was 40 mins, not 45 or 50. My masseuse did not seem experienced. It was a waste of time and money. I am a real person, not a paid reviews bot!

I Tired to book a massage for my husband and I & I was told I can book it via text. However, the representative asked for both of our names. When I texted her the names this was the response!! The issue I have with this is that I’m not “obligated” to leave anything! What if I wasn’t satisfied with the service? If you’re running a business u have to be able to understand that everybody won’t tip!

So I called to get a Groupon sale . The price on the Groupon was $ 65 dollars if you use the promo you pay $ 42 dollars and it only apply a for during the week so then the manager said it was $80 dollars when the original price is $ 65 dollars original price. The manager said it’s different products they use for the &80 dollars so the $65 dollar is bogus - This place is a scam . I would not recommend this place They probably charge $80 ans use cheap Products .

3/5 as the facial lady was very experienced and did a good job and massage was okay too. But I would give 1/5 to the receptionist, she is not good at handling customer. The policy that they have sucks, I planned a surprise for my sister, the appointment was for 3pm, my sister reached by 3:20pm. The package included massage for 1 hour and 1 hour of facial and they charged me at the time of booking the appointment. I informed the lady from before that the customer might be late by 15-20 mins. The receptionist was like we could do only half an hour of massage and 1 hour of facial then. The spa wasn’t flexible at all, if you are late by even 10 minutes, they will reduce that from your service, neither would they provide a refund(in my case they could have charged worth half an hour for massage) as that is the time of service they provided. But they charged for 1 hour. If you want to reschedule they will charge 40$ extra for each service. I took a package and now that i learnt the individual service it is lesser, so she over charged me. Every-time i called they had a different price, i still trusted them as she said the other staff might have been confused. They will not even provide you as basic as a spa gown. They are inflexible about there timings, refund, customer service but expect a gratuity. Gratuity is to be earned when a customer is beyond satisfied and not a compulsion when you are so bad at customer service. I trusted them based on the ratings. Don’t do the same mistake i did. One of the worst spa’s i have encountered so far.

Beware of the place and shady operation of this business. No reason for me to be specific and many reviews speak for themselves already. Front desk blond “Karen” is unprofessional and unpleasant, having someone like her as a first contact is already big no.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I purchased a voucher from Groupon for my parents. They took off work for their booked day that was given by the spa. My mom reminder received text messages everyday up until the day of their appointment. About an hour before the appointment, they were TEXTED, and told that the appointment would be canceled.My mom had an issue that they were being texted this information along with the person on the other end being rude. Someone not only hung up in my mom's face but marked the voucher as redeemed without services being rendered or me just getting my money back. Now we can't get an answer on the phone. Just text messages stating that someone would be reaching out with no call backs. I am not happy and I guess I'll have to do a walk- in since I can't seem to get anyone on the phone. Smmfh

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage today, as a Christmas gift from his brother and SIL. It was both of our first times getting a massage and it was absolutely incredible! The whole car ride home we could not stop talking about how we wish we could get massaged for 24 hrs straight. I definitely recommend! Staff was very friendly and respectful!

Today was my first visit and the reviews are definitely true. Bernard performed the most relaxing massage that I've had in a very long time. I highly recommend him as a professional yet very personable masseuse. You won't be disappointed!

We were a bit late and it was my fault because I went to the wrong address innitially, but the staff was accommodating and flexible. I treated my parents to a day spa package and the staff made sure I was able to relax as well. No complaints! I had a lovely and relaxed afternoon with my parents. Thank you!
