When I call they always have an attitude like they act like they do celebrity hair… if you don’t want money just say that

The Milan collection proved highly unprofessional, nearly ruining my birthday. Initially, the stylist claimed my hair was insufficient for the chosen style and suggested an alternative, guiding me to Flatbush for a 5x5 closure, which I accepted. Despite confirming a set appointment for the next day, she later rescheduled, attributing it to giving the slot to a "friend." When I requested an earlier time, she revealed the given slot and, on the day, informed me of her tardiness. During this, I traveled in an Uber, making it challenging to communicate promptly. Upon reaching Flatbush Avenue, I found out the recommended item for the new style isn’t even needed. Her text about being late, given our confirmed time, was perplexing. The situation escalated when she became hostile, accusing me of the same, and displayed rude behavior. Unwilling to tolerate negativity, I decided against having her provide services. This ordeal, coupled with unnecessary Uber expenses on my birthday, highlighted her unprofessionalism, selfishness, and lack of consideration for others' time. I regretfully cannot recommend her due to fake professionalism.

I spent 350 dollars on some small braids that lasted 2 weeks max. The braider was late, rescheduled my appt last minute, and didn’t have it clearly written that you needed to buy hair ahead of time. The braids looked cute for less than a week and are now falling out completely. I would’ve hoped for how expensive the service was that they would have at least lasted. I take good care of my hair so it’s really disappointing.

I went to tokyo and she did my nails I didn’t realize that my nails were crooked and its not only one finger and she kept stopping to text . When I let her know what was wrong with my nails and that I wouldn’t have no time to come back. Also that she over charged me she then told me she’s a perfectionist and that she charge me 75$ for v cut and and overall 90 for the style but they were not v cut at all moral of the story she very unprofessional and if you still go to her which i recommend but don’t leave her chair without letting her know whats wrong with your nails if there is because you will get bad customer service .

This place looks absolutely stunning. The decor is jaw dropping. the staff is kind and the service is excellent. I don't live in this area, but I'd come here again
