I did a lot of research to find the right spot that would take me in. The shop was super friendly and welcoming. Lisa aka Bunz hooked me up with some dope braids. She was very upfront and honest with her abilities to handle staright hair with her clipper skills. So, I am hoping to coordinate with the barber in the shop next time I get my braids done there. Overall, I had a great experience. I am getting plenty of compliments on my braids and I am loving it! Hit them up at The Doppest Dreader, they will hook you up with braids, fades, and dreads!

Nae does a great job on my step son’s hair (he’s only 5) but once we started coming to her we haven’t been to anyone else since! She’s always professional and quick. Would recommend her to anyone any day 🫶🏾

Update: Shortly after I left this honest yet negative review Nea called me to say her boss had seen the review and reached out to her. She was very loud on the phone & so I hung up on her. I was not in the mood to get yelled at for their mistake. She tried to call back but I ignored& blocked the number. I wish the owner would've reached out to me directly instead of telling her to call me. I only gave one star because they are extremely unprofessional. I had an appointment with nae, that I had scheduled earlier in the day. She told me she had an opening at 4:30 that day so we scheduled it for then. I got here at 4:30 & honestly the only reason I came this far is because of the good reviews but when I got here at 4:30 she still had someone in her chair. I greeted her & sat down to wait. After ten minutes at 4:40 I asked her how much longer it would be and she said that her client before was late and she needed 15 more minutes. So I waited but at 5:05 I decided to walk out. She never said sorry, or even seemed to care that she was wasting so much of my time. She didn't even offer to reschedule or anything like that. I went to my car to look for other people in the area that could do it this late on a Sunday & sadly found no one. However at 5:30 she is still not done with the persons hair. So total she would've had me wait almost an hour, I'm not sure if there is an appointment policy or not but I'm sure I could not be an hour late to my appointment and not lost it. This place is so unprofessional. Don't waste your money or time. Even the parking lot is terribly full of pot holes.

I didn’t know they did appointments first of all, second of all I went to get my hair done by the same young lady whom did it a month before as I was a walk-in, Well after sitting for about 10 minutes, one of the ladies asked what time my appointment and “ OM I didn’t know it was appointments”so she called the young lady who I had asked for (Blue) which came in and set down and stared at me til I got up and ask her can she do my hair, which she’s stated it would have to be the next day, she asked you sure you want it done, made me feel as she doesn’t want to do it… Yet what really bothered me as I was walking out the door she made a statement about my hair…. No worries I have found someone else to do it, soon as I gotten to my car.. Yes I’m tender head.. I felt as Blue could have stated to me she didn’t want to do my hair again…

I have been coming to the shop for just over and 2 years now and Truss is the man to get the fresh cut from. Reliable, professional, and consistent. With my schedule I can get in and out before 6 am without any issues. Truss is very respectful of my time and will continue to get my business.
