Essence does a phenomenal job, cannot say enough good things about the quality of her work. The salon however, it has a putrid sewer smell. Two weeks ago it was the same and a plumber was here explaining to the owner what to do and the cost but they have yet to rectify it. The smell is so bad it makes you nauseous and gives you a headache.

It’s hard finding a nail salon. I hit up this Salon and Bonnie squeezed me in after work. Her work is bomb. This will be my new nail place. Bonnie welcomed me in straight professional, caring and detailed. You did your damn thing on my nails and feet. I definitely will recommend Bonnie for any work!

This salon is staffed with black and brown techs who are amazing at what they do! The nail art is next to none and the pedicures are awesome! Deep French is offered here as well.

I've been coming here for a year now and Essence always dose my pedicure and fullsets, recently I booked an appointment for my self and my god daughter to get our feet done and the day before the appointment the salon owner calls me to rebook our appointments, well they did not inform me that Essence was no longer there with them, and they insistent that I rebook after telling them that I couldn't not come they day they wanted me to rebook for they said that my appointment would be with a different nail tech I told them I only go to Essence, they only told me that she was not available, not informing me that she was not longer there. The owners are very unprofessional and are going to keep losing clients if they continued to be dishonest, anyways if anyone is looking for Essence she is now at LV DAY SPA in Laveen.

I arrived in a Lyft ride. Walk-in. Because Google and the sign on the window said walk in. But because I didn't call for an appointment. I couldn't be served. Nail text was only one in the building and said she could book me for Tuesday.. today is Sunday.. Lost a new potential Blessing client 😕

I love the vibes of the whole salon got my pedicure quick but very nice and clean how to give an extra tip because I love the service. I would definitely be back when these toes get crusty 😆

Wow!!! Extremely satisfied with my service with the drip salon!! The process was extremely easy after booking on the site. My nail tech Bonni was super accommodating and friendly. As a Phoenix native, I've tried several nail shops in the area and this place by far takes the cake by ensuring my nails come out EXACTLY how i want. The shape, quality, and attention to detail is what i look for and my nail tech exceeded expectations. When i walked in i was immediately impressed with the aesthetics and felt glamorous with all the plush seating and bright lighting. They even have a cute setup for the little ones so I'm already planning another appointment for me and my daughter!! I would also like to mention i was very satisfied with the pricing of my full set. Highly recommended to all my friends and family

I appreciate the fact I was able to get an appointment same day but not the fact I was told to be there at 9:00 and waited a hour a Half my nails were done but not completely focused on due to the tech having a upset child I was patient and tried to be understanding . The powder was not filled high and full on some nails cuticles weren’t trimmed under nail is a little rough I get that we have kiddos but please don’t allow me to come in for a appointment and have me waiting along time I didn’t leAve until 3 hours later and nails could have been better very disappointing was not worth $80

I found this gem through maps and called and spoke with the sweetest nail tech! this place is diamond in the rough the area is questionable however I felt so safe in the establishment and welcomed! I had a horrible nail experience down the street and was looking for a repair of my harsh nail job I spoke with Essence and she couldn't have been nicer! I felt so comfortable explaining the look I wanted as I didn't feel that way with my last experience but with her she was so calm and listened to what exactly I was wanting and made it happen! Essence did an amazing job and I couldn't be happier!

I loved getting my nails done here. The owner and nail techs are very down-to-earth and friendly. We had great conversations while I got my manicure. They helped pick out the best type of nail product for what I need. I love the style of the salon. They play music videos on their big TV. I will definitely be returning here in the future. It would be fun to bring friends. 🤗 Essence takes her time and does a fabulous job at a French tip pedicure. 🩷

The space is beautiful and the staff were very friendly. They were also very kind to squeeze me in last minute for a pedicure before my birthday trip. However the pedicure didn't even last a day before the polish started falling off. I got the pedicure last Saturday evening and by Tuesday the polish had completely come off of 5 toes. I hate to give such a nad review since they were so nice but it was definitely disappointing:\

This is the second time in 2 weeks that they have been closed during their regular hrs of operations. I prefer to shop with black owned businesses, and I've driven out of my way twice to patronize this business. I think it's extremely unprofessional that they refuse to stick to their advertised hrs of operation.
