I can count the number of times I've left a bad review on less than a whole hand... I had an appointment at this place for an IM NAD injection. Showed up, filled out all the waivers (this is not my first NAD injection), talked to the NP who suggested maybe trying a drip instead of IM. I agreed to try that route this time. I waited for a nurse for about 10 minutes for her to try to get a vein in one arm, unsuccessfully. I told her sometimes my best veins are in my wrist area. She said she couldn't do that..proceeded to the other arm and let me know if she couldn't get it, I would need to come back. With very little effort in the other arm, it was a quick "nope." I proceeded to ask if I could just go ahead with the injection since she was unable to hit a vein to which I was told No..The reasoning was that the NP had approved the drip. This was the case but only because I asked for an explanation of the differences since I had only had an injection in the past. Seems like a simple call back to the NP would have been a solution. So I made an appointment, wasted 45 minutes of my time, left with 2 pokes and a pretty gnarly bruise and no NAD. Not a chance I'd return here or recommend this place to anyone.

Lilly was the best! It was my first time doing red light therapy and I loved it! Everyone was super helpful which made for a great experience. 100% will be back!

My husband scheduled a drip for us on Christmas Eve. I had been feeling so depleted and exhausted and I really noticed a difference the next morning. I finally felt normal and like I had the energy to do all the mom things with our kids! They let me try the infrared sauna before my drip so I was super happy I got to do something for myself before the holiday! I’m definitely going to incorporate this into my wellness routine!

Great service from the front desk summer and the nurse Katie, i was able to get in the cold plunge and Leg compressions as well. Overall 5/5 stars in service and cleanliness.

Yvonne, Katie, and Alyssa are always incredible to my husband and I. They truly go above and beyond. The facility is always mega clean with modern ambiance. The drips really make a noticeable difference in a positive way to my overall health & with the help of the incredible staff, it’s now one of my staple things to do. I would definitely recommend to ANYONE to go and try it out. The cold plunge is also my favorite. ❤️
