I had the worst haircut done there. They didn't listen. Went back 3 times and the owner or the employee never got it right. I had to finally go to Brittney at lisa's studio in Bowie and pay to have them fix it . Save your hard earned money and don't go there. Wishing I could get a refund.

Great ALL around experience! New to the Bowie area and I messaged their Facebook page about needing a out of normal appointment because of my work schedule and quickly received a reply back with a stylist that could accommodate me. The Element is a cute shop in Bowie that is welcoming, comfortable and looks like they have lots of services that I need to check out. Karli was amazing! She listened to me about a bad experience that had ruined my hair(out of state salon). Karli made sure I got a beautiful color and that my hair didn't get any more damage. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Karli to anyone looking for a new stylist in Bowie!!

I have been to Jennifer 3 times now and have left very happy with my hair each time. It is a beautiful salon full of very nice stylist. Very thankful to have them in a small town.

The Element is THE BEST hair salon I’ve personally ever been to. The owner, Jennifer, is so professional, relational, skilled with amazing technique! She has always worked around my schedule. Her salon is clean and has a wonderful selection of hair care products, clothing, jewelry, and leather goods. I always leave satisfied! Jennifer has colored, cut, put in hair extensions, and styled my hair for my wedding. I trust her and all her stylist with every hair need. I highly recommend the element to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

This is a very nice and clean salon & spa. Everyone was very welcoming and polite. I got a pedicure and dip on my nails. My nails look fantastic! The pedicure was very nice and relaxing. 😌☺ I will be back.
