I had a chemical peel, and it was a great experience! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. A friend booked two person massage for my wife’s birthday. She was called the morning of to say because of a “computer glitch” there was only one masseuse available. Offered a refund, but not really helpful as it’s not possible to find a day-of appointment anywhere else. Sad that you can’t trust booking their online appointment system. Response to Owner's Explanation: I respectfully disagree with your attempt to frame this as user error. I’ve attached two screenshots showing the confirmed reservations for massages with massage therapists “Chris" & "Rita" for a "Group booking for 2 people," and proof of prepayment for two massages ($240.00). On the phone, you backtracked and acknowledged the issue, offering a 15% discount on a future visit. Mistakes happen, and no system is perfect—that’s understandable. However, it’s important for businesses to take accountability rather than dismiss concerns or insult their customers’ intelligence. Owning up to errors builds trust and loyalty, which I hope you’ll consider moving forward. Attached: Within the two screenshots are a minimum of 17 references. I boxed a few references in red for your convenience.

Nov. 9th was my first time visiting Emporium and I had the best experience. Huge shout out to Tara, Amber and my therapist Jeremiah! Tara and Amber made the booking process a breeze. Both were very thorough, informative and kind. I explained to my therapist my focus areas and he delivered. My massage exceeded my expectations. I will return! Soon! My mom also had a massage, same day with Kate and she thoroughly enjoyed it. She equally had a great experience.

Paige was incredibly informative and helpful with the visit. The environment was all in all friendly , welcoming, and easy to navigate in terms of appointment scheduling and communication. I was incredibly happy with the products used and the experience. Will definitely be a returning customer as well as referring the emporium to all of my friends.

I really wanted to like this place. I use to come here when they were located on Laurel. When I called to make my appointment I shared with the woman on the phone how I DID not want a short massage therapist simply because the last 2 massages I had I didn’t enjoy because the therapist was leaning all over me during the massage which made me uncomfortable. She booked me with Olivia who was a nice lady but she was leaning all over me during most of the massage. I was very uncomfortable. I really did not enjoy my experience here.

Me and my mom came to get a facial and a massage last Saturday and had the best experience!!! The place was super cute, very clean and the girl at the front desk was wonderful. My mom said her facial with Sydney was amazing and her skin was glowing afterwards!! She especially liked the scalp massage. My massage with Olivia was so nice and I could tell she really knew what she was doing!! We both left feeling so relaxed. Overall a great time!!

The wax services are great. Sydney was wonderful. I have had several waxes before but the products used here leave the skin unbelievably smooth and soothed. I hate that I don't live closer to use this facility consistently

Love this spa! I have had a couple of massages and a facial over a few visits the last couple months, and every time it has been amazing. Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are inviting and relaxing, and the technicians are knowledgable and passionate. Will be going back for sure.

I touched the outside door handles and told myself "it's time to relax and have some self care." When I opened and walked in, my expectations were immediately met with the calming aromas, the kind receptionist, and gentle atmosphere. My whole experience was calming. The therapist Breanna was extremely talented and skilled. I felt immediately rejuvenated after my session. Definitely will be returning again for a second session. I'll try the champagne next.

Jasmine always makes you feel comfortable, asks questions to give you the best experience and to figure out the problem areas so she can focus on getting relief in those areas, as well as total relaxation for your entire body. The moment you walk in, the surroundings completely relaxes your Mind, emotions and body! This was my second time seeing her, I had an 30 min massage and added cupping and that was an amazing experience. It truly helped me. Jasmine will be the only massage therapist I use !
