Had a great experience with Kelli. I booked a facial through class pass (my first time doing so and I was nervous about it) and was pleased surprised by the space and quality of the service. My skin has never felt more hydrated, it feels baby soft. I will definitely book again.

Went to the Frankfort location and Kelli was very nice and professional. She helped worked with my schedule to come in for a facial. It was so relaxing and my face is more hydrated than ever!

I was pleasantly surprised by my experience with Kelli. I am not one to treat myself often, as a mother of 3, it is hard to get out of the house. I met Kelli through a Special Needs Mom group. I love that she is a one woman show. You book your appointments directly through her. When I had to cancel less than 24 hours before my appointment, due to my child having an allergic reaction to something, I couldn’t believe how nice she was about it. Most places take your money and don’t even feel bad a out it, and I understand because they can’t always fill the spot, and it’s money lost, but Kelli gave me a credit to reschedule. She is also incredibly easy to talk to, which makes the facial experience that much more relaxing.

Kelli gives the most amazing facials in Chicago. The quality and prices on her spa menu are unparalled. She has helped my sun damage and shaving irritation. I regularly travel to many 5 star hotels and have received facials all over the world, but Kelli's facials still are the best. You must have flexibility with your scheduling, because she is a mom to a special needs child. I had no problem waiting for her services when she had to reschedule due to her childs medical needs. It's very easy to contact her and she is always very responsive via text message!

Update: You told me you had a special thru end of Feb, I purchased within the time. Yes, as I said I canceled because I did not want to expose you to covid. I have been trying to reschedule for 3 weeks. If you decide to take time off, try to make your calendar reflect that. I see open time on the schedule that you told me to use, I expect it to be open. Or, at least when you see it and you are planning to be off, just take 30 seconds to update your calendar. I'm sorry I have expectations but I: 1) am a 2 time cancer survivor 2) have seizures 3) have hashimotos 4) have Fybromialgia 5) have had 15 surgeries 6) work a full-time job while balancing my health I live everyday in extreme pain so yes, when it comes to self-care, this is the last thing I want to deal with because it only creates unneeded and unwanted stress. Part 1 Started fine, but I made the HUGE mistake of purchasing a 3-pack of facials. I scheduled one but had to cancel for covid. I have been trying to get rescheduled (using the recommended app you enter the time you want, but that does not mean anything. Why do you have time slots showing if you are not available? I have never had to make so much effort to get something for self-care. So stressful and opposite of what should happen. DO NOT PREBUY! You will not be able to use! It is more of a forced donation.

She is AMAZING!!! I thought I would be bombarded with products to buy because that has definitely happened to me in the past. The technician was great and really helped me relax and enjoy my facial/massage!

I have been getting facial treatments at the everly spa for about a year now and it's been awesome. Definitely the best spa I've been to thus far. The facials are wonderful and massages as well. She also gives good advice on how to keep your skin glowing.

I’ve gotten 3 microdermabrasion treatments from Kelly in the past two months after getting bad sun damage in March. With just three treatments my skin is almost back to normal. Kelly does a great job and the space is very calming, I 100% recommend!

Kelli is so sweet and provides a great facial! I bought a package last year and have always left feeling refreshed. The products are not harsh on my skin and I've seen improvement of my overall complexion after a few treatments.

I’ve been going to Kelli at Everly Spa for the last few months, it’s been a great experience. I’ve been going to very high end spas for years and my expectations are high, but I was looking for something that I could use as it pertains to maintenance (micros, facials, etc) – paying $200 for a micro and basic facial is very taxing when you want them every two weeks. I’m not going to lie, when I first contacted Everly Spa the communication path was different than the spas I’m used to, Kelli is a one lady show who has a great space within a community beauty building in Lake View – very nice space! When I reached out to her she contacted me back via text. Messages went back and forth trying to schedule a facial, it was frustrating for a minute and I didn’t understand why. Then I realized her hours are not standard, it depends on the number of bookings she has for that day. Once I understood this, I love being able to text her, ask her for an apt during the following window (paying is super easy and digital), and she’ll tell me yes or no, offering up other suggestions. Your flexibility is key here. One thing that I love about Kelli is the casual spa experience, she’s there to do the right thing and she’s affordable. She has great knowledge and experience, giving great recommendations on products or home remedies that don’t break the bank. I’ll certainly remain a customer of Kelli moving forward while still treating myself to the 5 star spa experience every few months.

Kelli gave me an amazing facial. The spa is pretty and relaxing. She mentioned using Eurpopean products because they work so well. My skin looked nearly flawless. I'm already planning my next facial. I highly recommend.

Really bad customer service. I had made an appointment on-line and I called the morning of the appointment to confirm. I had not received any confirmation or communication. The outgoing phone message said “she” was with a client, not available and to text a different number. When I texted, again to confirm my online appointment, I received a quick text back saying “I’m not available at that time”. No other communication, no reschedule, just “not available” for the appointment that I had made. I texted back asking when it could be rescheduled. I never heard back- nothing at all. The Everly require FULL PAYMENT when you schedule an online appointment. There are so many other great places, I will not be going to the Everly Spa in the future. Updated after owner response- You (the owner) did not get back to me on Sunday. You never returned my text. I sent you a text on Sunday saying to “disregard” my appointment request and that I would not be coming to The Everly Spa. You replied back to me “No worries”.

TOTAL SCAM! Do not come here. It was really hard to get in touch with her and she would not reply in hours or even till the second day. I had an appointment at 2pm and I drove an 40 mins to get there and she was not there. I was disappointed to hear from another lady in the building that she is known for that and it happens all the time. Sadly she owns this business and she keeps scamming people. I will be calling customer support to get a refund hopefully.
