Every time I get my hair done by Kiki she never fails me, she makes her customers feel very welcome. If you’re looking for a hair appointment it’s not hard to get one, she’s very professional & takes pride in her work. I highly recommend The experience unisex salon.

I had a big chop/style with Kiki (sp?) and she was super friendly and professional! I did have to wait about 30+ mins on arrival but it ended up working out. We reviewed a few different styles before landing on the one for me and I’ve been loving my new hair! Definitely recommend!

I had an amazing experience with Kiki this past weekend, from scheduling the appointment to finishing the look!! I called the salon number on their website and was able to schedule a consultation for hair dye and styling natural hair easily. I'd had an anxiety-inducing experience with dying my hair at home and decided that it was better to go with a professional and omg was I right! The consultation was simple and Kiki explained fully what the process was for what I wanted. The day of the appointment, she was so nice and lovely to talk to and efficient. Even though I was there for a while, it felt like no time had passed. The color came out perfectly! Exactly as I'd hoped and every time I see my reflection, I have a goofy grin on my face from how happy my hair makes me!!!! I am VERY picky with who is allowed to do my hair after a childhood of heat damage and mistreatment due to ignorance and Kiki has earned my complete trust!!

I’ve never had such a Great experience at any hair salon as I did at (The Experience Unisex Salon) This was my 1st time I wanted a short style pixie cut and KeKe did her thing, she made me feel so confident and secure knowing I was making such a big decision. The Atmosphere was so cool and comfortable and I recommend them to any and everyone who wants great service a DOPEEEEE HAIR Transformation. I walked out of the salon with so much confidence that I Will Forevah go back for all things hair. Wish I can give them 100 🌟 it’s well deserved. Brooklyn All Day. ❤️

Full disclaimer: I wasn't able to obtain a service, but this was just my experience attempting to make an appointment. I made a purchase from Groupon. They had great reviews and wanted to check them out. They were closed on Monday, but someone picked up and told me to call again on Tuesday. I called on Tuesday, and it took multiple phone calls to get someone to pick up. There was only 1 stylist. I went back and forth to see what time would be best, and was looking at my calendar to double check. Then was told I had to re-confirm the day before, and if not, the appointment wouldn't be valid. That doesn't make sense. Most businesses send you a reminder. The late cancellation is $25. When I said no, thank you, I'll cancel altogether, the person on the phone got an attitude and seemed annoyed. As someone who works in a customer service industry too, making a potential client go through hoops just so you're not inconvenienced is bad business. If you make a potential appointment, then it should be held. For management reading this: teach your stylists to have better decorum on the phone so they don't deter potential clientele.

I am a regular and I can say that I love going here to get my hair done. Sometimes I even mess up my hair intentionally just so I can come back and see Ms.Kiki for like the 3rd time in one week. Every time I come here I never leave disappointed and I always look great, hair always slayed! Very professional, fast paced, safe , CLEAN, fun and friendly vibe. You will not be disappointed.

I wanted to receive my own experience. Watching my girlfriend hairstyle always on fire when coming from seeing KiKi was all I needed. I was getting my hair bleached from another salon. KiKi picked right up on it. Perfect match! She educates you on the products and hair styles. Every time I go I am very satisfied. By the way I get compliments from out of town because ppl love how well my hair is cut. I can go on and on. Anyone, thinking about going. Should go!

I was serviced by Kiki. She is wonderful the first time in the salon I was welcomed like I was a apart of the family lol. Kiki was able to do a revision to a haircut that I received from an in experienced stylist and was able to make it look beautiful and even finessed my finger waves. My second appointment with her was wonderful as well I gave her a example of the hair style that I want as a reference in regards to the color and when I say she almost matched the color exactlyyyy you would think she consulted the original stylist on the products used. And the actual style of hair she explained to me that due to the fact that my hair was relaxed and the model in the pictures hair was natural it was not going to be exactly the same but she got as close as possible to the original hair style it was beautiful all in all I can say I love the service and I will be returning!

Im not the type of guy to know exactly what type of haircut I want. Idrc about my hair as long as it doesn't get in my way and doesn't make me look bad. All I knew was that I wanted it to be a clean fade and that I dont have to fix it every few seconds. Didn't even have a proper pic to show him to go on but Eric still did a great job in getting me that 🔥 cut! I walked in here without an appointment and Eric was willing to see me right after he finished the first guy which was def appreciated. I'll try to make an appointment next time. Price was good. Cut was 👌!

I’ve been going to The Experience Unisex Salon ever since I was a teenager. I love the ambience and the stylists/barbers are very courteous and professional. The prices are fair and I always leave looking great. My hair stylist Kiki is so knowledgeable and thoughtful. She will take the time to give you her honest opinion and advice. Over the years, she has given me her professional recommendation for my hair type, texture and gave me very useful tips. She’s an amazing hairstylist and will exceed your expectations. With her long experience, I highly recommend her to anyone.

Ms. Ryan, aka Keke, was an absolute miracle. I had cut my hair short before the shutdown and since then it has grown out. This is an awkward length for me so I decided to look for a natural hair stylist. Thank god I found Keke! She was patient, knowledgeable, and slayed my hair for the gods. I have never felt more comfortable and more beautiful in my own tresses ( even when my hair was mid back length). I recommend this shop to every natural hair beauty at all lengths and textures.
