Kelly has been corralling my voluminous, uneven brows into gorgeous, symmetrical, natural-looking arches for 2 years now, and I will never ever ever go anywhere else for threading! In addition, last time I traveled, I got a hydrofacial with dermaplaning from her a couple days before, and after 2 hours of sleep, a red-eye flight, and a 4-hour car trip, I still had the luminous, poreless skin of a Botticelli angel waking up from 8-hours of beauty rest. Kelly is an artist and a magician and a genuinely lovely human, and I can’t recommend her enough.

I always leave her feeling and looking amazing ! I don’t even remember how long I’ve been seeing her, but as long as she is within two hours of me I will keep booking. Very professional and clean. I recommend her to everyone, because everyone always ask where I get my brows done !

I've been going to Kelly for brow threading since 2018/2019 when she was at a different salon, so I followed her when she left. Great service and I'm always pleased with the results.

Kelly is always accommodating. I'm fully satisfied with the services she provides. Waxing, Eyebrows, therapy (lol) she's really good and cares about her work. Which is a hard find these days. She is the best always able to answer your questions. You feel like she is a good friend.

Kelly is the only person on the actual planet that I will let touch my brows. Threading and tinting changes the game so my eyebrows are always the perfect shape and color. Before my wedding, I added dermaplaning and a hydrafacial along with my brow services and my skin looked absolutely perfect for my big day. My makeup went on smoother and my pores were so clear and small it was amazing. The eyebrow tint lasted well into my honeymoon so I didn’t have to wear any makeup the entire time and it was so nice. The salon is beautiful, clean, and so relaxing, I can’t wait to go back for more pampering and I will always go back to the Face Lab for my brows!

I come to the face lab for eyebrow threading mostly but have gotten waxes! I love coming here, the environment is amazing and she makes you feel super comfortable and listens to you. The experience is always enjoyable. Kelly has worked with me for my brow goals for just about a year now and for the first time in my life people are complimenting me on them!

I see Kelly monthly for eyebrow threading/tint and I’ve been impressed with her work since day one when she gave me the brows I never thought I could have naturally. Today, I spoiled myself with a signature dermaplane facial and feel I need to add this service to a semi-regular regiment. Kelly consistently makes clients feel at home in her space and never spares genuine conversation. She is knowledgeable, helpful, and above all, incredibly kind.
