Just visited Alex at the factory, she did a fantastic job with my cut and tone! The salon is clean, cut, and has the sweetest welcome pup at the front desk! After a long time, I had my best haircut, and I adored the way it looked. Jimena was excellent, She is very welcoming, and professional. It was my first visit, and I was quite impressed with the stuff and the work that they did. My hair got the nicest blow-out from her. I brought my 94 year old friend in today for a haircut the salon was very friendly and accommodating with her wheelchair and limited mobility. Harper was so good with her thank you for your kindness and extra care.

Had a lovely time here as a new client! I’m always nervous finding a new hairstylist, but everyone here has been super nice & welcoming. Alex was really lovely to work with & the atmosphere was super welcoming! The layout is very visually appealing :)) And my hair came out great!!

Harper took time to talk with me about ideas and provide realistic expectations regarding a photo I brought as a starting place. She seemed to have great attention to detail, and made sure to review the cut at the end to make any last adjustments. She checked in with me throughout the process about the length, and used a variety of techniques while cutting and styling. Blow drying my thick hair can take ages, and this has been rushed in previous experiences at other salons. But Harper sectioned off my hair to thoroughly dry and style each part without rushing the process. She also gave a great head massage at the beginning! Really pleased with the whole experience and outcome. Thanks!

I came in as a new client with thin/fragile hair that I had also performed my own chop job on. Kaye didn’t skip a beat and knew exactly what was going to work best for my hair and I immediately trusted her. Since leaving I have received SO many compliments on my hair cut. It’s the kind that’s got people saying it makes them want to do a big chop. The wash and head massage was also fantastic ☺️

I’ve lived in the area for a little over 2 years and have been coming to The Factory since. Every hairstylist I’ve used here has done an excellent job cutting my hair, and I ultimately landed on Erin as my long-term stylist. She always does such a great job with my cut and color, plus I love that this is a local business that uses sustainable products. I couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Mya is a charming and skillful stylist who had given me an amazing haircut about a year ago. I had difficulties booking with her since, because of our conflicting schedules, so she went out of her way to accommodate my future bookings. I will keep coming back for her great haircuts and charming personality. .

One of the best Salons in Denver! Every time I’ve come here I’ve loved my haircut. Jimena is amazing and did such a great job with my hair! Also love coming here for facial’s with Gaby. She gives the BEST facials, so relaxing and my skin feels amazing after! The salon has a super cute vibe with tons of natural sunlight, plants, fun retro decor and a complimentary coffee/tea bar.

Jimena comes so highly recommended! This is my first time here and I love it already. I have curly hair and it takes the right stylist to cut curly hair. She’s it! I’m mid haircut/ highlight right now and I can already see how amazing my haircut and highlights are going to be. She’s super personable, knows what she’s doing… totally have claimed her as my stylist from this point on!
