Being 100% transparent, I do manage the salon & spa, in which the Firm & the wonderful Brittney, are located at. Having said this, Brittney coming to work with us has been a personal blessing to me, plus I have a front row seat to seeing all of her patients come & go, looking & feeling fabulous! I have struggled for years with Hashimoto‘s, a hormonal imbalance, and a plethora of symptoms, including substantial weight gain. I have also been that girlie that was petrified of tox, because of a terrible filler experience in the past, so I had never tried Botox. Fast forward only a few Months… And who am I? At 46, I have the energy & the forehead of my 20s, I can sleep, my hair isn’t falling out by the fist fulls every time I wash it, I’ve lost 9 pounds… doesn’t sound like a lot & I’ve got a lot to go, but it’s something!!! It’s also headed in the right direction, which is something I haven’t seen in a very long time! I’ve also not changed anything with my exercise or eating; only the introduction of bio identical thyroid treatment, testosterone, progesterone, and simple vitamins that everybody should probably be taking anyways. Oh & the glorious jeuveau neurotoxin, that not only leaves my forehead wrinkle free, but also leaves my skin glowing! If you are frustrated as I was, with doctors, ignoring your symptoms, as you enter menopause or you’re younger and something just does not feel right, you think you have a hormonal imbalance, your traditional doctor refuses to even discuss, Britney is truly your girl. This has been such a different experience for me. Having been told in the past by several doctors that they did not believe me, when it came to my diet and exercise, it was refreshing to have somebody really listen, believe, and understand, because she has had some of the same struggles. Her bedside manner is unmatched! Don’t hesitate. Don’t procrastinate, like me. Make an appointment! You’ve got nothing to lose.

Received tox treatment today from NP at The Firm. Was incredibly happy with my experience. From the ease of booking to how much I enjoyed my appointment which was well explained throughout. To the cleanliness of the office, ease of parking and care taken for my cosmetic needs!

I had a great experience with Brittney at the Firm Medspa! From the moment I got there, it was such a relaxing experience!! The office is super cute, clean, and welcoming. It was so nice having Brittney explain every step of the way through the Bio Peel and Botox. I have always been nervous to have botox and peels done, but she did such a great job explaining everything to put my mind at ease!! The results were absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait to go back again!! You definitely should check this place out!!!

I visited this Medspa for tox. Everything was very clean and sterile. Brittney was super knowledgeable. She walked me through the different types of toxin as well as their pros and cons. She took the time to discuss with me the treatment plan, dosage, and sites of injection. I felt like everything was individualized and tailored to what my concerns and problem areas were. I was comfortable throughout the session. I am also someone who asks a lot of questions and Brittney did not leave ANY of my questions / concerns unanswered. I had a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place and will be returning when I want to get botox again!

It has been a battle having melasma in my 40’s. I have tried 6 session peels, creams and treatments and nothing has worked. I booked a session with Brittney and I felt so comfortable in her presence. After signing all medical consents, Brittney went over the process step by step. Brittney also explained the difference between the peels and why this one was better for my skin. The peel had a few parts to it and for each part- she made sure I understood. My face texture was looking better at the end of the session and today, a day later I can already see a difference. I would highly recommend Brittney!!
