I got my hair done (color-balayage, cut and style) from Stephanie. She is such an amazing person, took time in understanding what I wanted, and I completely loved her service and I must say, she did a fantastic job. I got a lot of compliments from my friends and family and will certainly recommend this salon and her for any services. Thanks Stephanie.

Recommend coming here for all hair needs!!! Stephanie is awesome. She has done both a Brazilian blowout and a regular haircut/blowout for me. They both looked amazing and brought new life to my hair. She is very knowledgeable and kind about how to make your hair look it’s best.

I have NEVER been so pleased with my hair! Scotty has totally impressed me! Not only me, every person that has seen what he did to my damaged hair. I was going from dark brunette to blond. I came to him so upset with the condition of my hair. I’m now LOVING my silky blonde beautiful hair❤️

I have never been more disgusted and insulted in my life. I made an appointment for my hair.. after reading the no child policy I called to make sure that it was ok to bring my 30 year old non-verbal autistic boy to the shop with me. I was told it was totally fine. When we arrived he was excited to be in a new place and was making happy noises... not yelling or being rowdy. I was then told by the owner Scotty that we could not be there. That he is too distracting. I was sitting there and not one person walked up to Scotty to complain. He told me I could come back when I had a sitter...I am rarely if ever speechless. We left and after I gave myself a ten count I went back in. I told Scotty that what he did was terrible and wrong. He told me that he doesn't even let people be on their cell phones.... Jacob is not a phone but a beautiful human who cannot help that he makes noise. This is complete discrimination and no one should tolerate this behavior.. especially when it comes to these special people who cannot speak or defend themselves.

My experience with the fix hair parlor has been the best I have ever had with a hair salon. Anna is an incredible stylist- she is so knowledgeable and talented and it is evident that she has a passion for what she does. I have expressed to Anna that I have insecurities on the fineness of my hair and have trouble styling due to the combination of curly/fine texture. She took the time to educate me on best practices and she has completely transformed my hair to the best it has ever looked. Her highlight technique is so delicate and natural looking. I have been to the salon twice and I intend to make this my home salon.

Scottie is a miracle worker. During covid I took it upon myself to keep it cheap and simple by using boxed dye. Turned out to be a bad idea, as the dark brown I desired came out raven black. For a little over 3 years I dealt with the black because no stylist wanted to take me on. Then I met Scottie!! Today, he spent hours with me getting the black out. He's clearly dealt with my kind of situation before. There was no dilly-dallying, he was straight to business! I left with a beautiful EXTREMELY EVEN light brown color that will make for a perfect stepping stone should I choose to go lighter down the road. His assistant Anna was a peach as well. Thank you both dearly for your work today!! No more Professor snape hair.

Scotty is the BEST! Actually everyone here is the best lol from the second I called initially inquiring about hair coloring, the lady who answered the phone was so kind and patient with me and allowed me to talk to Scotty directly to get more information about what I was going to do. I came to the salon still nervous about my decision and Scotty explained everything so thoroughly and helped me make the best decision. I LOVE how my hair turned out! And the lady who washed my hair gave me the best scalp massage ever which was a great bonus :)

I hadn't had a haircut in 2 months as I am from out of state and had no idea where to go. Fix Hair is close by and after reading reviews I made an appointment. Stephanie was a available on the day I could go and I'm so glad she was. She took time to ask questions and address concerns discussing with me the cut I'd had, what I wanted, and clarifying our discussion before starting. I now have a beautiful cut-exactly what I had in mind. I highly recommend Stephanie and plan to have her trim my cut before I return to my home state.

This salon is FANTASTIC. I came to Scotty with a botched highlight and cut. Not only did he fix it beautifully, but he made my hair look the best it’s ever been. It still feels so healthy too! Scotty was such a good listener, and made sure we were on the same page before getting to work. He took his time and I really appreciate that he seemed to care as much as I did. Could not recommend this salon more. Great quality, fair price, just book already

Had blonde highlights done a couple times with Scott last year. Turned out a beautiful light ash blonde, he used olaplex and a toner to get the perfect result, knowing my hair can turn gold if not timed right. When im in scottsdale this is my go to salon!

I spent with tips $500.00 for my daughter and I, we pick this place due to the high ratings on Google. This is my hair, one week later after a wash and dry, I'll let you be the judge. Update my hair is breaking off about 3/4 inch from scalp! Read your reply of you have no record of my visit, here is a photo taken in your shop. I'm sure if you zoom in this new picture you can see that this is your shop in the background, this pic I took and sent to my husband showing that I was excited to get my hair done.

Scott does a great color and cut. I never really cared much how my hair was cut, but he did a style that I loved and will definitely be coming back for. We had a talk about what I wanted with some reference pics, and he gave me exactly what I asked for!

If you’re like me and are spending days researching hair stylists and colorists you can stop searching!! I highly recommend this place! I was VERY nervous getting my hair done by someone new, (picky about how my blonde comes out, after a few horrific experiences), but I needed my roots done..bad. I have been loyal to the same girl for years but due to Covid she was respectfully unavailable, but Bridget nailed it!! I am extremely happy with my color and can’t wait to go back in for cuts and touch ups!

Took my wife for a long overdue haircut. Haley did an absolutely fantastic job and made my wife feel, not only comfortable and well cared for, but gorgeous and sexy coming out. My wife stated that she now has a permanent spot she wants to go.

Upon walking in the building with my mascon I was marked at glared at and shown discussed. The whole time I was there no one wore a mask and a few people kept staring at me and then one lady went on a 20 minute rant about how people should not be wearing masks even though she’s a nurse at the hospital here in the valley. I did not get all the services that I scheduled for. I only got a color and no cut and was given an attitude about the cut saying I didn’t book it. I did book it I have saved up my money for this to be a birthday gift and used my saving for this hair style. She was not able to do the coloring that I wanted and then when she didn’t do the haircut I felt the need to post a review.

Scotty has been my hair dresser for more than 15 years! I have thick fine curly hair. He’s the only one I’ve found who can cut it without making it frizzy. Over the years he’s styled and cut my hair short, long layers, short layers, highlights, low lights to dark and light.

After looking online at hairstylists I found Scotty, his before and after pictures were amazing. I drove three hours to see him and dye my hair from a bright blonde to darker blonde/brunette. He took his time, and even after the initial dye and blow dry, he could tell I wasn't completely happy with it and suggested dying it more to get the hair more to what I wanted (I thought I would like balayage and then realized I didn't on myself, my fault). I'm glad he did dye it again because it turned out perfect! I'm very thankful he spent the extra time dying, rewashing my hair and blow drying it again. He goes above and beyond to make sure you're happy with the color and his work. This is definitely the best place to try anything out, because Scotty will make sure that you leave happy even if it means dying your hair twice like he did for me! Worth the 6 hour round trip.

Very nice place for hair services. Very modern. Great crew working and nice presentation. Mariah Walraven did an excellent job with my hair.
