I flew in from New York for my appointment here to see Julia. She has done my Botox a couple of times now and I just always love how it comes out. Also the Flawless Lab is always so clean and the girls are always so nice and welcoming . I love coming here

Dr Julia is an expert at what she does! I was nervous about what to expect for my first tox treatment but she assured me it wouldn’t be too painful and she was right! She walked me through each step of the appointment and thoroughly talked through after care and what to expect. So far, I’m loving the results! She is so much fun to chat with, and the whole experience was easy breezy! Edit: had the pleasure of getting a facial and absolutely loved it!!! It was complimentary with my membership that’s also an incredible thing to have! 100% recommend going to the Flawless Lab for all of your med spa needs! Hanna is the first provider in years that has made me feel comfortable with dissolving filler from a previous injector. She communicated and understood my goal was to have a defined shape and plump pout; she also was honest with what she could do, considering my lips were overfilled and migrated. She has been incredible in every way! I can’t wait to continue coming to the Flawless Lab for all of my injection needs. She also nailed my Botox, no touch ups needed! Check her out!

I can’t say enough that Hanna and her front desk are the best! I had little lips and we have Built my lips up I love them and I can’t imagine going to anyone else. I went to Madison for a micro-needling session and she was amazing. She was efficient, kind, quick and made sure I was comfortable. The service itself was pain free and quick. This is my first cosmetic procedure and I was extremely nervous. Dr Julia came highly recommended by someone I think looks like a perfect Barbie doll, so I had full faith in her. The staff was friendly, got to know me, and fun. I can’t wait to see the results, but I know they’ll be great!

Words can hardly express how wonderful Hanna is. She's a perfectionist that takes great pride in her work. I've have my cheeks and lips done by Hanna and she always checks on me to see how my healing is coming along. She's truly a powerhouse with a great work ethic. I asked her to keep my looks masculine and she did that with perfection! I absolutely recommend Hanna! Update 1/21/25: Today I had the filler in cheeks, chin and jaw dissolved to prepare for my facelift. Hanna had nurse use an ultrasound machine to find the filler. It was a great Flawless visit!

Update1/14/25 : the staff at the Flawless is the best. They are welcoming from the minute you walk in. I will be a customer for life! I’ve been seeing Danielle at The Flawless Lab for well over a year, I think almost 2 years now since she started working at the Lab. She is so knowledgeable about skincare, she has literally transformed my skin from this pink inflamed mess to beautiful smooth and radiant skin. I can’t thank her enough for her expertise!

I had a great experience here, Hanna is great I got lip filler here and she gave me the best shape I have ever gotten and the experience was painless and comfortable. She puts your nerves at ease if you’re scared of needles, she’s very patient and caring. Danielle is also great if you’re going for a facial, I was very relaxed and she gives a great experience.

I had the most incredible experience with Dr. Julia for Botox. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable but so sweet. I’ve had Botox done many times in many places throughout the valley, and hands-down this experience was the best. And here is the icing on the cake, for some reason, my Botox did not take in one small area, all I had to do was make 1 called ,letting them know that my Botox had not taken in the timeframe Presented, The team quickly made an appointment for me and had me come in for a touchup. No questions No additional charges and no excuses!!! It was just a beautiful easy appointment to make sure I had the level of frozen requested. I can’t wait to go back and see Julia again for an amazing set of Russian lips and some much needed filler!
