I will never be going anywhere else for my skin, lashes and eyebrow needs! These lovely ladies are beyond educated with the needs of your skin. I suffer from severe acne and oily skin. My face has never looked better. A plus is having my eyebrows and lashes looking AMAZING.

Inquired about a lip blushing and these people kept messaging me asking me to book. I missed their special but was told that they would be able to keep the pricing. I was asked to pay the $50 deposit which I did. I drove 40+ mins and went to my appointment.(my point is that I had intent to do it) First off, the main girl that does the lip blushing didn’t even greet me, she just handed me the paperwork to do. I had just found out that morning that I was pregnant. I started doing the paperwork I noticed that it asked if I was pregnant or breast feeding. I informed the girl that I had just found out and she got visibly upset. She got short with me and told me to come back once I had the baby. Well I had complications with my pregnancy and baby stayed NICU for a while. I ended up messaging them a year later to reschedule, thinking that since I paid my deposit it was to book it at the price I originally agreed to. The “assistant” or whoever’s handles the fb page told me no that the pricing was almost $200 difference from what I originally booked it for. The main girl, the day I went never informed me that there would be a price change. They refused to refund the deposit (I guess they need it more than I did) stating I could do other services but with the way they handled the service, I didn’t want to give them more business. Just bad business practice and not good customer service. Definitely go elsewhere. Edited to reply. You pretty much repeated what I said. It is upsetting that your business never originally stated that refunds are not approved. You didn’t greet me, you were too busy talking and laughing with the woman who left right before my appointment. Then you just handed me the ipad and kept on talking. I asked you about the pregnancy because it was a question on there, again not brought up by the business not once. And at first the extension was stated till April but then further messages mentioned just that it was extended. I would understand updating the prices if it was something in my control ie cancelling or rescheduling last minute. Like I said I had full intent of getting it done but you as a business changing prices when it was booked at that price after stating only if the deposit was paid then it would be extended, just looks bad onto you. But it’s ok you needed it more than I did. Have a great weekend.

Mariela is hands down a perfectionist when it comes to natural-looking eyebrows. I've been seeing her for a year+ to fix my dark eyebrows. She listens to what you want to achieve and advises you accordingly. I still have a few visits before returning to my natural brows. Finding the right person regarding anything that has to do with our face is difficult. Time, patience (give your brows time to heal), and thorough research on the artist ensure you land the right one. I highly recommend her services! Denise at The Fountain of Youth Spa is very knowledgeable about skin care. She gave me a plan to improve the texture, smoothness, and clarity of my skin. I’ve been there for 2 appointments and already see a significant improvement. I will continue with her as well as following her recommendations for skin care at home.

Denise was the best and she took very good care of me. I was nervous since this was my first time getting lash extensions. She made sure that i was doing ok throughout the entire process. It was so relaxing I'm pretty sure I fell asleep. Loved them so much.

Had a milia form on my lower eye lid. Never had one of these before so after doing some research found the Fountain of Youth. Met with Denise S. for a consultation and she answered all my questions regarding the removal and how it works. Whole procedure took 10 minutes and was in and out. After a few days the milia was gone which was a huge relief. No issues or complications at all. Went in for follow up and everything has healed up great. Can’t even tell there used to be a milia there. Highly recommend this Spa and Denise was awesome! Very professional and communication was great throughout everything. Thank you Denise!

The Fountain of Youth Spa has taken care of all my needs. I suffer from hormonal acne and have done micro needling, chemical peels, and deep cleanse facials. Denise is extremely knowledgeable and always educates me on facial care. Another plus she is a lash master! I can always count her to make me look fabulous! So needless to say I can’t speak highly of this place enough!

Folks we have lift off!! My eyelashes have ok length but are just straight enough to look invisible. HOWEVER I came to FOY and was met be a completely gifted professional named Denise for a lift and tint and now the only way you can avoid seeing these bad boys is with your eyes closed!! The establishment is clean and pretty with a great "get ready for beauty enhancement" vibe. A woman owned business, I'm excited to make another appointment with any expert there:))

I had a lip blushing procedure done in December 2020 and had a touch up appointment January 2021. I was told my results would last two years and did everything I was told to do, including going to the touch up after the initial appointment. I reached out and sent photos 8 months later to see if I needed a small touch up to do a blotchy fade of the color and was told I would have to pay $199 for it to be touched up. She also said that I needed a touch up a month after my initial touch up and that I didn’t follow those instructions. I was never given instructions to have two touch ups, if I had I would have done that. Initially, I agreed to be a model and was charged $50 for my touch up. I don’t think it is ethical to make your model pay more than double of what her initial procedure costed just to have the previous work corrected. I have referred clients to this establishment and would be very satisfied if this were taken care of appropriately. A professional and reputable establishment would have scheduled me for a follow up to, at the very least, assess my lips and color healed in person so they can accurately see how much pigment is needed and not immediately say it would be $199. If the amount of pigment isn’t taken into consideration in the price, I would highly consider going elsewhere since that’s a complete scam. Due to the poor and extremely rude customer service, I will no longer be getting treatments done here and will not send anymore business. Establishments like this have become very popular, it is apparent you have to be very careful in who you trust with your treatment. T way they handle their business and treat their customers says everything about the establishment. I think it would be very beneficial if they would take a review course in how to professionally engage with customers and how to handle unsatisfied clients who put their trust, money and time in them. I hope this review helps someone.

My lash lift resulted in VERY UNFAVORABLE results. I immediately called when I got home to see what could be done to fix them. I called and called and couldn't leave a message. I emailed that day, two days later and again on day 6. I've yet to get a response. My service provider also wasn't wearing gloves, and didn't have a sanitizing or cleaning supplies visible in her work space. It was one of those appointments where you wish you would've followed your gut instinct and gotten up before the damage was done.
