Reached out online and they got back to me immediately, when I asked questions about cost, I never got a reply. I waited a few days and reached out again, but never got a reply. Ended up booking with a more professional medical center in town that is more upfront with pricing and could answer my questions.

Hello! I’ve done multiple sessions for tattoo removal. I have also done the picosure facial laser for acne scars and both have been with RN Cayley Cline!! She has been the sweetest and makes you feel so comfortable. She’s super gentle and if you’re in any pain during tattoo removal she will talk to you about doing lidocaine injections at the site. Never skip on the lidocaine injections.. they’re a life saver, they will save you from so much pain. The staff is amazing at the front desk and never pressures you into buying more things. They talk to you about what your goal is and what you want done and are super informative. I love them! -Jillian

I have always had an excellent experience at The G Spa. I am currently removing an older tattoo using their Picosure laser. My nurse, Cayley, is incredibly kind, funny, and honest. She truly makes this quite painful process bearable—dare I say enjoyable? If you're in the market for tattoo removal, I highly recommend The G Spa. The prices are competitive, and the service is unmatched.

I have been visiting Cayley Cline at the G Spa for about a year now for tattoo removal, laser hair, and Botox and I cannot recommend her or this medical spa enough. She is incredibly professional, meticulous, and kind and makes the painful experience of tattoo removal so much more pleasant! Everyone who works here is incredibly welcoming and sweet and I always look forward to my visit.

I just had to share my amazing experience with Nurse Cayley's laser hair removal & botox treatments. Let me tell you, she's not only incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated to her practice, but she's also one of the kindest and most thoughtful people I've ever met! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at ease, and that's all thanks to Nurse Cayley's warm and friendly demeanor. Her professionalism is top-notch, and she always makes sure I'm comfortable during the treatment. I can't recommend her enough to anyone looking for a reliable and effective treatment. I see Cayley for tattoo removal sessions at The G Spa. She is a very friendly and informative professional who makes the experience as pleasant as this type of procedure can possibly be! At my first appointment, Cayley thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect, and her friendly supportive nature gets you through the treatment itself. While I've been to other laser removal "specialists" in the past, none of them have been as quick and effective as The G Spa. Their technology is much more advanced, cutting your session count in half. Don't waste your time with seemingly cheaper tattoo removal options (like I have), because you'll end up paying more for additional sessions in the end. Go see Cayley at The G Spa - she's the best!

I came here to the Santa Barbara office to get my lips (and my former cigarette lines) filled with Rystyline-14 months ago, and it still looks good) They had like $200 off lip filler 12/2022:

If you need tattoo fading or removal, this is the place to go. The G Spa has been a welcoming and stress-free aspect of my life that I actually look forward to visiting. I've never run into a problem with scheduling, treatment services, or location. the staff are all extremely friendly and accommodating, and they keep a nice relaxed atmosphere. Cayley was my nurse for treatment; her positive attitude and friendly demeanor made the treatment process so much easier. The staff at G Spa ensure you have a clear understanding of the service you're asking for and talk you through the preparation, treatment, and recovery processes in depth. Highly recommend for anyone considering tattoo removal/fading.

Love these ladies! They are welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and have the most up to date machines and services. Prices are fair too. I have been for several different procedures (tattoo removal, micro-needling, and pico-sure). I have been happy with the treatments every time and enjoy going there!! Cayley Cline has been doing my tattoo removal and also did micro needling. She is great! Professional, friendly and talented!

The G Spa Medical Spa is fantastic in every way. Not only they have Santa Barbara's top injector doctor, but his entire team is wonderful as well. He is an expert injector and he is also gifted aesthetically. I'm very choosy when it comes to which doctor I use (of course, it's my face!!) and my results were exactly what I anticipated. A vary natural look,…What I like the most is that any procedure I've had done by him; whether laser treatments, lip fillers or Botox, is that everyone there is intelligent and well informed! Caylee is amazing!! She gave me just enough to freshen and brighten while still keeping the integrity of my face. I never felt pressure to add more or join anything, and actually got a discount for referrals! The service was top notch, as well as the hospitality from the ladies in the office. I came to GSpa for help with sunspots and sundamaged skin. I was referred by 3 other people. I was very pleased with the entire staff. Cayley did an amazing job. They also recommended an amazing tinted sunscreen that is now my staple. I would definitely recommend the G Spa for your medical spa needs!

#CayleyLove 100% recommend! I wanted to take a moment and tell the world what an amazing experience I am having with Cayley at the G-Spa in Santa Barbara! There are so many good things to say about Cayley and the G-Spa I don't even know where to start... I originally consulted with the G-Spa for laser hair removal yet, decided to prioritize Picosure laser facials first because my melasma (sun damage from medication) was beginning to get so bad it was affecting my self esteem. I had a dark sun-moustache on my upper lip that was not only embarassing but, a sore subject after a medication caused this abnormal facial discoloration (I was never told by my doctor that I was on any photosensitive medication). So, after thinking it over for a bit, I decided to get started on a spot treatment of my upper lip with the Picosure laser. When I started working with Cayley and the Picosure the results were immediate! I could see a reduction in the dark pigmentation of my upper lip and the pigment looked like it was breaking up. With each session I have seen a reduction in the degree of my stubborn melasma and the sessions have been worth every penny!!! I no longer feel like I have to wear makeup going out of the house and I am no longer embarassed to be on camera or have a phot taken without makeup. Cayley and the G-Spa have been life changing for me. I'm excited to say now I am doing both laser hair removal and Picosure laser facials with Cayley!!! The laser hair removal I am having done are touch ups on laser hair removal I had 15 years ago (with another provider in another area). I am very happy with the concept of laser hair removal (if you are on the fence DO IT!!! It is soooooo worth the money!) and loved the work I had done over a decade ago yet, some "Hi, I am here!" hairs have popped back up. There are very few hairs but, just enough to be annoying! So, finally I decieded to get that done too as a gift to myself. Working with Cayley on laser hair removal has been great! She is so kind, patient and professional! Everyone at the G-Spa is wonderful. I've been going here for a few laser tattoo removal treatments, and everything from scheduling to treatment has been a smooth process. Cayley (RN) is amazing. She is great at her job and makes sure you are comfortable and understand the process, but she also is a delightful person to talk to and very caring. Luckily I was connected with Cayley through instagram and not only was she so knowledgeable about the treatment I wanted to get she explained the process and cost. I have been driving to LA for months to get tattoo removal and I am so happy to be able to do it here in town. I have been in the process of getting two tattoos removed at the G Spa. I called a number of different establishments that offered tattoo laser removal. Many couldn’t get me an appointment in the times I needed and did not have the laser equipment the G Spa has to offer. Nurse Cayley along with the rest of the staff are tremendously friendly and helpful. I have completed my third session there and my tattoos are close to being gone! I’m truly amazed at how effective their equipment is. If you’re in the SB area and are searching for tattoo laser removal I definitely recommend this place.

Went for tattoo removal with Cayley. I out of all the tattoo removal individuals I have worked with Cayley exceeds them all! She is receptive, intuitive, and really works to get that stubborn ink removed without injuring your dermis. I wouldn’t trust my tattoo removals to just anyone. If you’re on the fence, take this as your sign! You’ll be in great hands! Added plus, she’s got a great bedside manner—many laughs in store !

What a gem of a place filled with such great talent! I would highly recommend, has very convenient booking, amazing technology/service options, nice clinic space and location, ample parking and such friendly staff! Specifically, Nurse Cayley, Dr. Griffin and Liz are rockstars, they gave such a warm welcome and such an efficient appointment. I came in for a consultation for several potential services and am so happy with the longevity plan we were able to scope and get started on. I learned a tremendous amount and felt so much trust, attention and care. Cayley is so authentic and generous with her time! She has a true talent at what she does and has a way of creating such a comfortable and kind environment, with lots of helpful information and such a clear plan ahead. Dr. Griffin was also quite generous with her time and gave me a tremendous amount of information, discussed scientific rational and effects and thought partnered and aligned with Cayley on ideas. Seems to host such a collaborative and friendly workspace to get the greatest results for all patients. Liz had even stayed after hours to helped me check out and sign up for benefits and was able to get a discount my first visit. Wonderful visit, I will be back soon!
