All I can say is to open your eyes and be careful when choosing this clinic for Botox injections. You may need to inject 10,000 units here to get the same effect as 50 units at other clinics. Choosing any other clinic is your best choice.

I am so pleased with my results! Aging brings on many changes - some things I warmly embrace and some other things not so much. I exercise and am pretty active yet I still had a few spider veins that I didn't like. At G Spa, Dr. Grenier introduced me to a new technique called Laser Genesis and now I won't worry when wearing short skirts. Laster Genesis did not involve any cutting or poking. I did feel some sharp pain at site of laser but it only lasted a few seconds and was tolerable. Dr. Grenier loves geeking out on the latest equipment, and I trust her knowledge and care. She is very friendly and personable and is earnest in delivering the best treatment for my needs and body type. It's been a week and my spider veins are fading wonderfully.

I had my first tox experience with Cindy V. RN and I highly recommend her services! I felt comfortable getting Xeomin with her because she was so knowledgeable and explained the process in depth and made sure she had an understanding of what I wanted as an end result. She also provided her own recommendations on what she thought would look best on me as well, which I really appreciated! I also felt confident getting tox with Cindy because she prepared me really well with what to expect for the following weeks and what I should know for after care. In addition to her expertise in aesthetics, she was also very sweet and easy to talk to! It’s been almost a week now since I had my appointment with Cindy and the results are coming out exactly how I wanted/expected and how she intended! I look forward to having more services with Cindy!

Just started my gentle Co2 treatment and looking forward to more. Very little down time. They even open on Sunday’s which is great considering San Francisco can get pretty congested. Located right across from Saks Fifth and Union Square parking. Staff was really easy going and friendly. Didn’t make me feel bad or guilty each time I asked to change appts. My nurse esthetician explained each and every step as to no surprises which was perfect..

I recently had a series of 3 Secret Pro RF Microneedling procedures done at The G Spa and 3 months out from my final treatment I couldn't be happier with the results! I would not recommend. I paid about $7500 for 3 services, including 2 Emsculpt Neo treatments. They advised I would need 2 packages to reach my desired results. Unfortunately 0 changes were made after the full 12 weeks. I expressed my disappointment to the tech at the location. She was so kind and professional and told me she would reach out to management. I received a call from management. I let her know no changes were made to my diet/ workout routines. She then blamed me for the results. She advised no refunds would be made. I expressed I wasn't sure why they called if nothing was going to be resolved and she hung up on me. Unfortunately I feel scammed out of quite a bit of money. Though the techs Cindy and Shannyn were so kind and professional, the other woman was not. Additionally the treatment did not work for me, and they refuse to give any type of refund. Don't waste your money, and please note, there is no guarantee and no customer service that will care if you have results.

I’m a teen that’s been concerned about my acne recently and tried a few different products but nothing really worked to get the redness and irritation down. My mom found out about G Spa and I had an appointment for a hydra facial and it went really well. Right after the appointment I noticed my skin was a lot less dry and most of the redness was gone. After a few days I also noticed the pimples where going away. I think the treatment was great! And everyone there was really nice and made me feel comfortable for something I was doing for the first time. Special thanks to Cindy!

My face was feeling blah and lacking glow and radiance. None of my products seemed to be working to get back that “shine” back. I used face masks, exfoliants, serums and lots of heavy face creams. It all seemed to just sit atop my skin without absorbing. I needed something to give my skin a boost, so I thought I’d try out a hydrafacial, and it was exactly what I hoped for! Before the treatment, Dr. Grenier and I talked about my main concerns and she recommended a couple of boosters, which included Vitamin C. She explained the steps before the treatment so I knew what to expect. During the treatment, she checked in constantly to ensure I was comfortable. The treatment included cleansing, exfoliating and infusing my face with serum. It was a gentle process, yet I was still able to feel the suctioning of impurities out of my face. Immediately after the treatment, I noticed my face had shine and radiance! My face was slightly pink in certain areas but it was completely gone within a few hours. Overall, my face looked and felt so smooth and soft. The dry patches disappeared and my face looked hydrated. Best of all, I felt my daily facial products worked better after the treatment. Lotion seemed to absorb into my skin and actually moisturized. I’m officially a fan of the hydra facial and will be going back for regular sessions to keep up the refreshed look.
