I'm not happy with my service at all. Upon getting home, I could check the back of my head thoroughly. Remember, this is my first time cutting my hair and getting a perm. As you can see in the pic, the taper is uneven, and some sides are longer than others. The lady is too busy running her mouth and not paying attention to the task. 0/10 wouldn't recommended 🍅🍅 I brought the service to her attention, and we agreed upon a $19 refund - I only received $15 out of the $19. I have yet to get an apology for the attitude when I told her about my service, nor have I seen the remainder of the money owed. At this point, I'm waiting for my hair to grow back. I'm getting comments and not in a good way 👎🏾💀 She used a razor comb to cut my hair. First red flag - save yourself the trouble. Look elsewhere. Her IG @ snappadocious315

I walked in on MLK day of all days to get a beard trim and there was only one barber cutting. I asked if I could get a beard trim and he literally shook his head NO lol I will never go back to that place.

Cerrone is the man! Took good care of me and was careful not to trim too much in certain light spots I have. Probably the best haircut I ever had. Highly recommend!

5 stars. They always hook my sons up. No matter what Barber you get. They are qualified. I hope they do not leave this area. They are great for the community

I went inside Asking a man does he have anyone to braid women hair and I'm white lady he pointed at a lady she was extremely rude looking at me saying OHH 😲 I don't braid hair 🤣 but this is a black owned braid salon so there very raciest frfr i had 300$ to spend but because I'm white they wouldn't braid my hair I'll be telling alllllllllllllllll the Arizona people i no about this salon she should be fired

Shop is medium to high upscale, nice , not ghetto or run down.. Staff greeted us as we came early.. Barber/ Hairdresser Stylist Nae was punctual and on time. Very accurate and attentive to our needs, not to mention can do some hair and cut foreal like a celebrity stylist and honestly, I was late. She still fit me and my daughter in with open arms on a busy day with no complaint.. I see hater obvious reviews, and I’m usually uncomfortable around mostly men but as for now This will be my longevity spot for me and ppl visiting hair needs.. A one stop shop for unisex place that welcomes Multicultural haircare needs with no discrimination, very comfortable and professional all around cool as hell!! Anybody giving bad reviews are just hating.. This will be me n my family’s go to spot from now on..

My grandson got his haircut after growing out his hair for a month. He asked for a taper on the sides, then the lady proceeded to give him a skin fade and scissor cut all his hair off too where it was 1 inch left of hair. And then she nicked him in the face with the scissors and when he told her to stop she didn't stop and kept cutting his hair off. I hope that lady gets fired.

It's a pretty chill place, honestly. And with chill people. It's not overcrowded like most barber shops & salons. A huge plus is that they know how to cut ALL hair types.

This place has young kids hanging out acting tough starting by fight with any one who walks by no customer service stare and make you feel uncomfortable when walking by or going to subway next door owner don’t care that the young kids starting problems with customers around for no reason if you wanna be ghetto and have problems this the place for you I would Evan give one star negative ten what they get

My fiancé needed a hair cut. He was seated within 2 minutes of waking in on a Saturday morning. This isn't just a barbershop! They have nailcare options, braiding, extensions, natural products, the staff is friendly and the owner was cutting hair right along with his staff to ensure the needs of their customers were met (few and FAR between in Arizona from my experience).The shop is clean, with welcoming decor, and the prices are DEFINITELY competitive for the quality of the services provided!

Shoot out to Deno for getting my eyesbrows and facial together! Deno does such an awesome job that my husband will not let anyone else cut his hair and I wouldn't dare let anyone else touch my eyebrows but Deno. Such a talented barber with untouchable customer service and skills!! I will forever be a repeat customer!!!

This was my 2nd time at this barber shop. The first time was 3 years ago. Told myself I would never go back. After ole girl cut my waves out!. But, I needed an emergency cut today, and well let's just say, this definitely would be my last time. It's maybe a couple barbers in that place that can actually cut.
