Kaitlin was amazing! She made the experience so much fun I can’t wait to come back! If you are looking for a haircut I 1000% recommend seeing her she did an amazing job on my hair! I was nervous going into the appt as I have not gotten a hair cut in over a year but she made the process more fun and relaxing! I can’t wait to come back!

Sandy at Glamhouse did a great job on my hair. I had made the horrid mistake of getting my hair cut at great clips and they totally messed it up! Sandy fixed my cut and style and I left feeling beautiful! From the time I walked in I was greeted with enthusiasm and offered a drink. Was given great advice on hair care and products to use. My entire experience was great, and I can’t wait to go back!

I had a lovely experience with Goldie at GlamHouse. She was fantastic. So skilled at what she does, and a consummate professional. Plus, it was just fun talking to her. A wonderful person who gave me gorgeous hair. I walked in looking frumpy, but thanks to Goldie, walked out feeling (and looking) beautiful!

I recently started coming to the glam house to see Rainie. I saw her work on instagram and thought she would be perfect to do my sisters hair. I came with her, and loved the way she did my sisters’s hair and also loved her personality. I brought my two daughters in the following month and then came in for my hair as well. She’s been amazing, and everyone has been very kind and welcoming. I highly recommend the glam house, and Rainie especially! She’s very talented, understanding of what you want to do, and gives good recommendations of how to achieve your best hair.

I visited TGH this weekend with high hopes and was left disappointed with the experience. For starters, I came in about 5 minutes early for my appointment so I could get checked in and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes to be serviced. When I was eventually able to get my hair washed, the water was freezing cold. Instead of moving me to another bowl, the person washing my hair simply apologized and continued with the freezing water. Finally when it came time to get my hair cut, my stylist seemed rushed and not really willing to listen to what I truly wanted. I left feeling upset and disappointed. As well as even more self conscious of my haircut than when I arrived. I am truly disappointed by this experience as many of the online reviews note positive ones, but I can simply not justify paying nearly $100 for a haircut that left me upset and feeling like I needed to get another to fix it.

Sandy is my stylist and she did a fantastic job. She helped me identify and achieve my hair goals. She also educated me on my hair and how I can better care for it at home. She ensured that I was happy with the results! She’s also just very sweet & warm. Which makes it easy for me to communicate my needs & wants. Highly recommend going here!

Went for my first time today and the atmosphere was 10/10! Entire staff was extremely friendly, facility was clean and the playlist was dope. Rainie cut my hair and Sienna cut my daughters and I was sooo impressed with both services! Will definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience getting my hair cut by Rainie today! As a guy, walking into a salon can feel a bit intimidating, but Rainie immediately made me feel comfortable and welcome. She has a great personality and was super fun to talk to throughout the appointment. On top of that, she did an excellent job with my haircut, couldn’t be happier with the result. I’ve been getting my hair done by Daniella since she was in cosmetology school. She has grown into THE BEST stylist. Growing up I never had anyone who knew what to do with my curly/wavy/multi-textured hair, so instead I had a sister that put in the time and effort to learn. When you get your hair done by Daniella, you not only have a wonderful and knowledgeable stylist but someone who puts her whole heart into making you feel confident and beautiful. Thank you Daniella for finding the best shape for my hair, making it hydrated, soft, and for the most voluminous blowout.

Went in for a long cut and bang trim, left with a new bestie! Haha no all jokes aside, Daniela is the one to trust with your hair, girl! She not only heard my own vision for hair, but she asked questions I didn’t even think of to truly understand what I need :) I will be coming back all the time for sure. I love the environment, the music, the vibes - it’s all there! I was looking for a last minute hair cut! Thank goodness the Glam House took me with no hesitation! I think waited less than 3 minutes to be in a chair! Kat was amazing!!!!!!!! The vibe in the salon was just so relaxing! Kay made em feel so comfortable and took special care of my hair! I went from long locks down to lower back to a big chop! And I’m in love! So clean and professional and all the products used weee explained to me and as well as tips and tricks for hair care! I’ll be back for trims and any other impulse ideas I have for Kat to do on my hair!

Zoey really cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile to make sure I’m happy with my hair! PLEASE DON'T SKIP OVER THIS ONE! If I could give this place a negative score I would. I sat on this one for two months...Back in November I had scheduled an appointment to get highlights done around my face. I was asked to come into work on the day I had made the appointment and called the salon two days before (the earliest I could let them know but well within 24 hours as it was 48 hours) asking them if I could come in an hour later than the scheduled time due to my last minute work change. Mind you, I didn't cancel or reschedule but asked if I could just come in an hour later than the original time. The woman I spoke to said of course and booked me an hour later and said they will see me then. Fast forward to two days later to the day of my appointment, I kept getting calls at work which I couldn't answer. Finally after a few texts and missed calls I was finally finished with work and able to check them. The texts said I had missed my appointment and was going to be charged a late fee. I was startled by that seeing how I had called two days earlier to move my appointment time back an hour. I still had maybe 55 minutes left to get to my appointment which was 5 minutes down the road from my place of work, yet, I was still charged. I called them back and asked for the manager. They told me she wouldn't be in until the next Tuesday and to call back then if they hadn't credited me back my money. They apologized for their screw up and assured me their manager would rectify it. Come the following Tuesday and no money back in my account so I called the salon again and asked for the manager. This person who called herself "Nayelhi" didn't confirm whether she was the manager or not but simply asked why I was calling. I explained the entire situation VERY CALMLY AND NICELY. She cut me off and asked me when I'd like to reschedule the appointment since I missed it and she would credit my money toward that appointment. I told her I don't plan on coming in and would like my money back since it was their mistake and not mine and I was never even seen! She started to get aggressive and yelled at me saying "Wow, so you don't even want to give us a chance because it was our mistake?!" And I said, "Yeah, exactly." She then gave me attitude and said "Fine! Don't give us a chance at all and have a wonderful thanksgiving!I will give you back your money within 5-10 business days." and hung up. Like literally yelling and so aggressive. And guess what?! NEVER GOT MY MONEY BACK!!! This place is a total joke and seem like such a scam. They are the WORST! Save yourself the headache and go to Elle B Savvy salon in Lakewood. That's where I ended up going and they were top notch with their level of skill and professionalism unlike this twat of a place.
