Omg!!!!! Briana is simply beautiful!!!! She's sweet, professional and fast. If you're looking, wondering or just plain nosey. Yes it's painful, yes it's hot, ( but it feels good) and it is most definitely worth it!!!!! The Glow Factory is amazing!!!! Keep up all the great work ladies

I got a keratin treatment (which I’ve had at lots of places before) to control frizz and add shine, but she thinned my hair so much (even when I asked several times about how much was being taken) that it just looks flat and will be difficult to grow back to a healthy state now. The notches taken out are obvious on the top of my head. I wish it had gone better.

It was a very relaxing experience. Briana was willing to talk to me about what skin care products I currently use and suggest what I should use. Very informative. My husband surprised me with a facial and I’m extremely happy he did. He already scheduled my next appointment before we stepped out the door. Make sure when you go in ask for Briana. Somebody give these woman a raise.
