I had a Lash appointment with Laura. So, i have to say, i came skeptical cause i had such a bad experience previously with another lash artist in the area. Well, whem i went in, i was taken away by the wonderful scents and music. Greeted as soon as i got there. She took me to the room to get them done, and instead of me falling asleep from boredom and laying in the same place for over an hr, i was kept awake with great conversation and laughs. I can honestly say shes the type you can build an amazing friendship or lash artist/client relationship with. Made me feel like i have been going there all of my life which was a HUGE plus for me. Now the lashes. OMG THE LASHES! Wow! They are beautiful, and what you want, you get. She makes sure you leave happy. She even gave a little kit to tale home for lash maintenance, while other places charge for this. Now i have to say, i did have a few fall off a little too soon, but i feel like now it may have been my fault. She fixed me back up a second appointment and offered to fix them. Well, i had an issue come up and she was so understanding and worked with me on moving my date. When I went back honestly i feel like she shouldnt have, but she took care of them for free cause of how soon it was. Well, i got them done, and they are holding strong and i feel like theyre more beautiful than the first time. I tried to get her to take my money, but she still wouldnt. Laura is now my lash gal FOR LIFE! I couldnt even think of going anywhere else. I cant wait to get more services by her and marlee (i think her name is) I highly recommend the glow room for any lash brow or facial services.

I see Marlee often for lash lifts and brow laminations. She always does a wonderful job and is so kind and personable. I leave feeling like a brand new person. They decorate their space so well too, it’s cute and clean. I recommend The Glow Room to anyone.

Laura did an excellent facial job! She is friendly, professional, skillful and has great command of communication ability. I love her work and behaviour. Overall excellent person for your facial. My experience was fantastic! She spent a lot of time with me. My skin is now radiant. It was fantastic here. I will definitely return for another facial!

I get my facials done by Laura at the Glow Room. She is absolutely fantastic. She is kind and pleasant and very knowledgeable. I also purchase my facial products from her for my son and I and I love their homemade Tam-Cakes soap! The business is very clean and I love the interior!

Love them! I have been getting my extensions done by Marlee for almost 2 years. I am very pleased with them. I have very light and thin natural eyelashes. Mascara did not really help. The extensions are the perfect solution. They look very natural.
