Told me what size I wanted even after I told her I wanted long these are no where near what I wanted they are all leaning to the side and not even painted all the way never experienced something so horrible at a nail salon and they don't even sanitize their nails stuff in between clients definitely needs to be shut down

I went there today to get my pedicure, and only one person was at the shop a 18-year little girl did my toes for $55, I came home removed my shoes, and the nail polish was already coming off . Never again save your money do not go to this shop. I’m so disappointed

Hannah uses Power Gel on my nails! I have been coming to Hannah for about 3 months now. She always gets me in when she says she will. I never have to wait when I’m at the salon. When I first started coming to The Golden File my nails were paper thin and so unhealthy. They hurt so bad and would crack down the middle. Ever since I started coming to the Golden File I have no more pain and the Power Gel product is amazing! The salon is super clean and all the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will NEVER go to another salon again! The Golden File is the best!

I took my daughter in to get her nails soaked off and we were upfront about that when we walked in. The owner came and asked us several times if we wanted to get nails put back on her and she basically interrogated us about why we didn't want to get nails put back on. My daughter is 15 and asked me if we could just leave because the owner made it so uncomfortable there. We will not be going there again.

My sister booked us appointments at this salon for my niece's birthday. She booked us 2 manicures and 2 pedicures at the same time for 4 people. When we arrived, there were only two employees working, so we had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to help us. Then, we could only get 2 done at a time since there weren't enough spots for us, so the overall appointment took multiple hours. The stations were dirty. She used a dirty nail bit and dirty nail file on me and my sister for our manicures. And my simple rainbow design was poorly done. She used the wrong color on my sister's manicure. The flowers on my niece's toes were awful, and she messed up my mom's polish when putting her shoes in for her, but didn't fix it Overall TERRIBLE experience.

They are extremely pricey and when I told them what I wanted the owner said I was too picky. I explained to her your customers work hard for their money they want what they paid for she also said 5$ for 3 rhinestones which here it is a week later and one has already fallen off. She said I changed my mind alot but I did as I realized they don't do anything but typical paint. They couldn't it refused to do anything I wanted. I asked her if they could do ombre she said she could but she doesn't because it takes too long. I will never go there and spend my hard earned money. She told me her a job up here I pay you a thousand a week you work 6 days 9-7 which means 66 hours at 15 an hour no wonder why she can't keep employees either

3 people serviced me for a simple French manicure pedi and a dip powder fill. Hannah serviced me on my nails and she was very rough and cut my cuticles with the drill after I asked her not to. I was bleeding and she offered no antiseptic, just kept trying to drill away my cuticles because SHE thought I didn’t need them. The are very unclean, the do not sanitize their tools, and the use the same tools on everyone. They charge you for services you didn’t ask for. They are terrible at a simple French manicure, I was there over 3 hours, and I had an appointment but it was clear that they erased my name in the appointment book. If I could give negative stars, I would. I do not recommend this nail salon. Don’t be fooled by the other reviews.

I was gonna get something completely different that wouldn’t have matched my birthday outfit but they helped me pick out a color that goes great. Incredibly happy with my choice, shows they really care.

My daughter and I stopped in on a chance drive by. I am so glad that we did. Q did my pedi and Bri did hers. Pictures say 1000 words! I highly recommend both ladies. They were both great to talk to and took care with our pedi. No knicks, blood or harm came to either of us. We have found our new nail salon in ICT! See you both next time ladies. We can't wait.

Hanna has been doing a wonderful job with the power gel. My middle fingernail had been injured and broken off but she fixed it and made it look like new. They are always so helpful and kind to me here !

I called to make appointment they were able to get me in the same day. Very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Tina and Hannah very friendly and I would definitely recommend this nail salon .

I love how my nails turned out! Just not so fond of how the salon was managed. The owner tried to make things run smoothly by TRYING to delegate, but ended up making things just really awkward. She started filing my nails and two seconds later told me to move to another technician, who hadn’t even cleaned up her area yet. The gal who did my nails, Karen, I believe, was awesome and did exactly what I wanted… she was diligent to working on my nails even when the manager kept asking her to do someone else’s… it was just awkward and made me feel uncomfortable being in the middle of the tense atmosphere.

I will say the salon is very beautiful but the owner Hannah is NOT professional and she did not have an inviting atmosphere. The only thing good about it was my nail tech Emili! I have followed her everywhere she has done nails and she’s an amazing women! So really my stars go to her. Hannah would always make her answer the phone when she was busy. If you want someone who is professional and has a great attitude, Go see Emili and stay AWAY from The Golden File!

The salon itself is beautiful and clean but the owner just isn’t professional. I’ve gone here for several months now and have seen almost all of the staff quit. The owner was stealing clients, not telling techs about appointments, and even going as far as having her husband assault one of them. I’m honestly a little worried about leaving this review because my phone number is in their system and I’m concerned about being harassed for this. The only good thing that came out of this was being able to find my nail tech (who has quit because of the assault on her coworker). Emili was always beyond professional and extremely apologetic when it came to the never ending drama that surrounds this salon. Not to mention her work was always amazing and I’ve always received nothing but compliments since she’s began doing my nails.
