Had a lash lift and tint by Lorraine and it was the best I have ever had! No stinging, every lash lifted, perfectly tinted, no tint bleeding, and was done in about an hour, start to finish. Not only does she do gorgeous hair, she’s your go to person for your lashes as well!

Had the best spa experience ever with Lily. She did a mud wrap followed by 80 min massage and I honestly feel rejuvenated yet relaxed at the same time. I will be back. Amazing.

I wanted to take the extra hassle of doing my brows out of my make up routine so I decided to get them done. I went to Lorraine and not only did she make my eyebrows look amazing she educated me on how to heal and maintain them properly. She was so professional, took her time and talked me through each step. Lorraine is my absolute favorite hair stylist I've ever had the privilege of going to. She always does my hair beyond all my expectations, and always has a warm and kind energy. She's a master of color, always seamlessly blending my hair, and her haircuts are incredible. She regularly gave me the most beautiful butterfly cut -- it's so good, I've had other hair stylists ask who cuts my hair. After trying Lorraine a couple times, I sent my boyfriend to her as well -- he also agrees that it's the best haircut he's ever had, and her ability to replicate his request is unmatched. I can't recommend Lorraine enough, she is by far the best hair stylist I've found in the Tampa Bay area!

What a beautiful experience! Great welcome from reception and lux amenities; super friendly, not pretentious. I totally felt like I was their only client. I came in wanting something cute and sassy, but not sure exactly what style. Lorraine was my stylist and she gave me my first ever bob cut with highlights! I absolutely loved it! Exactly the look I was going for and she nailed it. She was very warm and professional and the atmosphere was nice and welcoming. The bob has now become my go to style forever!

I have been coming to The Grande since 2017 and have never looked back. What a phenomenal location and superb service. I have worked hand in hand with the owner upon which is a hands on owner and really does get to know each client individually that enters this establishment. I’ve received a variety of services ranging from Eye lash extensions with angie whom is excellent and delicate. The famous facials by their world renowned licensed aesthetician & skin care guru Rita. And have done my blonde color and tape extensions with a number of people and their new head stylist Lorraine is such a fantastic person. Along with Carolina for blow outs. This is a place of pure talent and Just recently had Lorraine do highlights color and we have tape in extensions upcoming in the next week. I highly recommend this phenomenal place for all your beauty needs! Exceptional ownership!

I went to the salon and saw Lorraine about 6 weeks ago for the first time because my previous hair salon person of almost 2 years from another salon cut my hair way too short. Lorraine was able to make my hair look better which made me feel better. Lorraine did a great job with making my haircut look better. She also did my color. I recently went back to see Lorraine and she did an amazing job again. She is so great at what she does. She is very knowledgeable very professional. I look forward to my next appointment with her.

My sister gifted this manicure & pedicure experience to our mother for for Mother's Day and my mother enjoyed her time there. Suzanne was really great with her and made her feel pampered. She doesn't get to do experiences like this often so it was a nice treat 💅🏼

Anytime my pores get clogged or I get acne I come in and get a facial. I love Linda she makes it feel like such a luxurious spa experience with amazing massages and knowledge. I get a hydrafacial and an extraction to get rid of all the acne and my huge pores are always completely empty and my big zits are cured and it’s amazinngggg! Definitely get your facials here! Everyone always compliments my skin after I leave here even though I just got an extraction lol because my skin is so glowy

I came in to get my eyebrows shaped & laminated by Lorraine and she is a dream! I told her my past experience before with my brows when they would sometimes take off too much…she did not disappoint !! She is so sweet and listens to you and gives feedback also which I loved. She recommended me products that would help with growth too. I love my eyebrows so much and can’t wait to come back and get my hair done by her !!

I came to Lorraine for my highlights and curly cut. LET ME TELL TOU THE BEST EXPERIENCE IVE EVER HAD IN A SALON. My highlights came out beautiful i always struggled in the past with highlights getting lost in my curls but Lorraine understood what i wanted and gave me what i wanted and more ! And then my haircut from past experiences always were flat and never had much volume. Lorraine gave me definition and volume all in one ! I’ve never loved my hair so much until i sat in Lorraine’s chair .

If you’re looking for the perfect eyebrows I’d highly recommend u see Lorraine . I had no brows after years of waxing they were super thin. Lorraine micro bladed my brows . Lorraine is a queen ! I trusted Lorraine with my Eyebrow Lamination and it has been the best decision I’ve ever made ! She understands the integrity and importance of one’s features and beauty. Lorraine is the best!!! There is nobody I trust more with my cut, color, and brows. I’ve had every hairstyle from a pixie to 22” extensions, and every color from black to vivids to blonde and Lorraine has killed it each time. I’ve had microblading done by her several times now over the years and that just keeps getting better and better each time. There is no one better for your beauty needs!
