I was very excited to try this place as I was looking for a monthly regular spot around my place and saw good reviews. Unfortunately, this place hugely disappointed me, as the nail technician cut me during the pedicure and led to bleeding. She explained that it was due to rushing and that it was an accidental pinch, which I believe and understand. However, during the treatment and after she cut me, she was on a call while painting my nail. Instead of focusing on the customer at hand, the distraction of the call had me worried that i may get cut again:( After the treatment, I let the front desk know that i was cut and got a response of "ok."

They do a nice gel manicure/pedicure and can get you in last minute.

I got a manicure and Lucy did an excellent job. My hands looks amazing. Location is very clean. Definitely recommend.

Went to this salon based on the glowing reviews. They were very accommodating with scheduling and everyone there was very nice and attentive. The pedicure was good, nothing special. When I was considering doing the gel manicure I originally came in for, I was looking around at the gel polishes. I noticed that they carried the brand “Modelones” gel and dip powder. You can purchase that brand on Amazon for like $10 for 5 polishes. Not sure why I’d pay $50 to have them use cheap (and poor quality) polish. I am skeptical about why they would carry this brand. The only reason I can think is that they are not a licensed business, because only licensed salons can purchase professional grade gel polish. I looked on the NY government licensing website and did not find any record of their licensing.

Great service, cute little salon a bit hidden which is nice, i got a gel mani and gel pedi, they worked so fast and it still turned out amazing!

Searched for a spa in this area and this one had strong reviews so I went as a walk in. It did not disappoint. No wait time and Mariana was careful, kind and detail oriented with my hands and nails. It didn’t feel like “just a job” to her but something she takes pride in. The entire vibe of the spa was relaxed and the staff and patrons all polite and friendly. It’s a small spot but definitely an oasis and I recommend.

Lovely salon and everyone is very warm and welcoming. I made an appt day of and Lidia did an amazing job on my nails just in time for a holiday. I felt so comfortable and had a great experience!

10/10 when Shirley does my nails 3/10 when anyone else does my nails Today it took a full two hours to do gel mani/pedi, because my appointment start 20 minutes late. I was so relieved to be switched to Shirley for at least my mani, as she had to fix the other lady’s work before applying gel. My full tip should have gone to Shirley only.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Solid spa pedicure. Rainy day in Manhatten. Shirley put my socks in the dryer so I didn't have to put my freshly pedicure feet in wet socks. Glad I stopped by.

I had a great pedicure with Erika. It is on the 3rd floor, but worth the trip. It is very convenient to the Staten Island Ferry and Seastreak ferries

I came here today for a pedicure for the first time and I will definitely be coming back. The employees here were extremely thoughtful and kind, and made sure that I was comfortable and enjoyed the experience. The pedicure package I chose included hot towel, massage, etc. and it was worth it. I left the salon extremely pleased and relaxed. Great value for the pedicure. I’m glad to have found a spot I can come to regularly in Financial District!
