Amazing location. They really know how to heal the body! I can't wait to try more services that are offered here. If you're in actual pain and are trying to avoid medications, I'd highly recommend coming here. Green Spa also accepts some health insurance plans, making it easier to get treatment!

Kristal gave a thorough and complete massage. My very painful, neck, back and shoulders haven’t felt this great in over 10 years. I highly recommend Kristal and this complete wellness center.

Their policy is to cancel within 24 hours so you don't get charged half the service. I cancelled 3 days in advance and was told they normally keep the deposit but that they would refund me. They never did. Luckily my credit card company has my back. I since rescheduled a similar service at The Ritz's spa since I know this would never happen there.

Update- I was invited to go back for a massage by the spa to make up for my disappointed massage. This time, my massage with Marina was 10/10 and the staff were very friendly. I would go back. Mediocre massage and customer service. When I called to make the appointment, the lady kept placing me on hold without a warning. I went for a prenatal massage. All the other places that I have been to, have been providing a donut pillow for the belly and clean you at the end with a warm towel. I This place lack all of these. I left the place all oily and uncomfortable. Waste of $200.

Know your therapist. I've been a loyal customer of the Green Spa for nearly 15 years so the three stars is for some past experiences that have been amazing. However the inconsistency of services is just not something my body or wallet can tolerate anymore. I've experienced bouts of sciatica pain over the last few years and the last time I saw Kristal for a 60 minute massage, I walked out a new person. Though Kristal was booked up, I was excited for my 90 minute medical massage with Selma because her bio noted her experience in rehab and sports injuries. I went in with significant sciatica pain and some other areas to address. I noted 2x to her that the sciatica/lower back pain was my biggest concern and she neglected to address it. After spending so much time on my mid back that was not an issue area, she was clearly short on time and rushed the rest of the experience. I walked out with zero relief from my target areas and more pain in new areas. I know that deep tissue massages can create a little achiness the next day but 4 days later I am still in significant pain. I am not in the position to spend $250 for a sub-par experience, let alone one that leaves me in significantly more pain, nor should anyone be subjected to such an experience. If you have a therapist at the Green Spa that you love, stick with them! Because in my experience the experience varies greatly from wonderful to mediocre to painful.

The place is old and dirty. The owner looks like she doesn't care much. The whole atmosphere was very uncomfortable. Especially the blonde lady at the desk who seemed to be the owner, she might not be, but she definitely had the attitude. Very negative, and although she didn't say something out of line her whole personality was so negative. I spent $400 at her place , for a facial and products, and I didn't hear a thank you from her. She behaved like she did me a favor. I would not go back, only because for $400 I can get a wonderful facial at a wonderful place surrounded by wonderful people who know how to treat their customers. P.S. my aesthetician Mila was great.

Amazing as always, with the best massages. Dr. Romney conducted a thorough evaluation and demonstrated his passion for chiropractic care, truly valuing the patient experience. He was very personable and did an excellent job releasing the tension in my shoulders 10/10

I visited to inquire about the medical massage advertised outside, but the door was locked. Despite being seen by someone inside and when I attempted to enter, I was ignored. This lack of professionalism and respect is why I'm giving one star. If you value good customer service and professionalism, I hope you don't experience what I did.

The spa is lovely and all the staff friendly and helpful. Had a facial with Abby who was superb. She was thorough and extremely gentle while doing extractions. Her technique is outstanding in all ways. I highly recommend having a facial with her. You will come away relaxed with a soft, glowing face.

As someone who studies osteopathic manipulative medicine and has a particular interest in soft tissue treatment, I was able to appreciate Aleks' technique, expertise, and musculoskeletal knowledge. He knew all of the right pressure points, applied the perfect amount of pressure, and made me feel comfortable throughout. I felt so much better after - he truly has healing hands. 100% recommend. The Green Spa is also very clean and hygienic, well organized, and has a cozy, relaxed vibe. :)

Called with a question today and the receptionist told me there’s a full list online instead of just being helpful. Clearly I wouldn’t be calling if your site wasn’t confusing. Going to try another spa nearby instead, spas should be relaxing not condescending. The tacky names for each service is confusing on your site and your site glitches.

I have been going to Kristal at Green Spa for the past few months to work on my lower back and sciatica issues and have been very happy with the treatments. I have slipped discs in my neck and back and had been feeling discomfort. Kristals theraputic sessions have been a God send. Also, I received a prescription from my doctor for a medical massage and luckily Green Spa accepted my insurance cutting my costs to see Kristal by a lot. Thank you Kristal and Green Spa!

I went to Green Spa over this past summer. Spa had a nice ambiance and was cute but after tax and tips, the massage was waaaay too expensive. Be prepared to pay $180-$200 for a 60 min massage. It was nice but it wasn't anything special that you couldn't get elsewhere now with so many massage places in Bay Ridge. The lady answering the phone was also a bit standoffish and sounded kinda annoyed when I was inquiring about the massages and prices. Also, they stuck me upstairs in the last room with the loud portable air conditioner booming when there were other rooms available. Really took away the relaxing experience.

I’ve been going to the Green Spa for years, and every single massage therapist there is fantastic. Yes, it’s not cheap, but it’s absolutely worth it. What sets them apart from other places is that their hands feel like they *care*. They find every rock and knot in your muscles - even the ones you didn’t know you had - and gently work them away. Do a favor for yourself and treat yourself to a massage there. You’ll be so happy that you did! A gift certificate there for someone you love also makes an amazing present.

This is by far the GREATEST place to get a massage. The massage therapist actually listened to my body. I really appreciate the time they took to understand and listen to my body and the pressure points. They healed every point of my body that hurt. I feel extremley rejuvinated. The quality is definitly is top notch. Thank you for a wonderful massage and body scrub experience. Definitely will come back again!
