The salon was beautiful, warm and welcoming on such a cold day! I am not good at knowing what I want to do with my hair and with a few words Lisa knew exactly what I was trying to express. She worked swiftly and confidently and checked in with me as she worked. It was a wonderful experience.

Everyone was so nice and friendly, I ended up coming in to get my roots touched up but I ended up getting chemical burn on my scalp! And my hair did not match the color of my previous blonde.

10/10 experience! Michaela split dyed my hair pink and red and it looks absolutely perfect! i told her what i wanted and she executed it flawlessly, it’s better than i ever could have imagined. If you’re looking for a stylist go to michaela!!

I learned a lot at my appointment at Grey House. Hopefully I can leave an honest review that helps anyone looking for a service anywhere. Before I leave this review, I want to preface with the fact I have been a licensed beauty service provider for 5 years. If you get to a salon/spa and your stylist is in a service when you arrive and the other stylist also in service next to them greets you only, leave. If your appointment still hasn't started 30 minutes past your schedule appointment time, leave. If your stylist is double booked, leave. If your stylist's client continues the conversation they were having with your stylist while you should be getting a decent consultation, leave. Or ask for privacy. If your stylist's client tells your stylist to hurry up because "it's already almost 3" and then your stylist starts rushing to finish your appointment, leave. If your stylist turns you around and everyone sees your hair looks terrible, say something. Or leave. I was very clearly interrupting, and treated as such, instead of being treated like the reason a salon exists in the first place. I messaged to apologize for the intrusion and Lisa and I had a very productive conversation. She ended up inviting me back so I could learn how to style a cut I didn't want and wasn't shown how to handle. I won't be back, but I am grateful for Lisa's care and attention and efforts to make it as right as possible. You can't glue hair back in, so she did everything else she could. 💖 Photos are of my hair before, after my appointment, and after Lisa helped me.

I haven't been able to go to this salon in person yet, but I had the absolute privilege of their stylist Haiden doing my hair! It came out fantastic, and Haiden themselves was consistently checking on how I was doing during the process! The results after were amazing, and they even took extra time to curl my hair after! Can't recommend Haiden enough!

My wife and I come here to get our hair done all the time. The atmosphere is so cozy and welcoming. Haiden works with both of us on what we want and how. They are an amazing stylist! You can tell they put their heart into what they do. Worth the trip every time!

AJ did a fantastic job at salvaging my sad/uneven/lifeless hair. She was able to even it out and trim my fried ends to elevate my style. I am so grateful to know a stylist who is great at what they do! Thank you for the style refresh!

My experience with Grey House and Haiden is unparalleled. I originally went to Grey House due to historical personal connections and continued to go due new personal connections. My first haircut with Haiden started from “I’m going on adventure of a new style and I need help.” Haiden worked with me to figure out what to do and has been perfecting my cut ever since. Based on this experience and the awe inspiring color jobs, Haiden took on the challenge of first dye job for our teenager, and then first dye job for our preteen. In both cases the kids had a general idea of what they wanted and Haiden had the magical touch to make it happen beyond what any of us could imagine. Each time we go back, the kids have a new challenge that Haiden masterfully tackles! Besides Haiden skillful color, cut, and styling, I am impressed how the overall salon works together. The stylists consistently consult each other on technical coloring considerations and other techniques like braiding, nails, waxing, makeup, highlighting the collective expertise. Our household crew is best described as a delightful group of weirdos, and perhaps what I appreciate most about Haiden and Grey House is we get to be ourselves. I’ve been able to swap kids in for each others’ appts, roll in with extra people in tow, banter about ridiculous internet nonsense, and on bad personal days have a quiet space to just get a haircut. With the Grey House you can truly chose your own adventure, and with Haiden have the best of guides!

My stylist, Haiden, did an AMAZING job with my hair. Looks so much more healthy now than it did before and i love the color. Will definitely recommend and definitely continue going to them.

As somebody who has had a lot of bad experiences with hair stylists, I can honestly say I've never felt safer than I do when I go here. I leave here every time feeling great about myself and my hair. I seriously can't recommend this place enough. They also always ask you for your budget and do what they can to help you reach your hair goals! Here is my hair 5 days after dying and 3 washes. I love it!

Gillian always gets me looking just right. They’re always very thorough, asking me exactly what I want done with my hair. They never take it too short or leave it too long. I always leave my appointment feeling happy and confident. I’ve had them give me everything from a mullet to a mohawk and they nailed it each time. 10/10, would recommend this stylist for all your fun/edgy haircuts.

I cannot emphasize how fabulous the owner and all of the stylists are! Lisa is the kindest soul that just wants you to feel like you’re the best version of yourself when leaving her salon. Haiden is my colorist and they are phenomenal. They listen to exactly what I want and Haiden answers the call! This is literally the best salon I have ever been to.
