I had been to so many different stylists before I met Harouli and boy am I grateful! Before I went to her, I vowed to never dye my hair again and go gray at the ripe age of 24. Before I went to her, I had gotten bad highlights, been bleach blonde (this was a horrible accident) AND had the worst hair cut known to man. When I met her I quickly opened up about how nervous I was because of everything that had gone wrong with my hair in the past. She assured me it would be fine, and walked me through the entire process. After my first time with her, I knew she would be it forever. I can’t even imagine going to anyone else even for something as simple as a haircut! She is honestly the best!!! My hair is healthy, dyed, looking beautiful and NOT dead! I am forever grateful to her for fixing my hair and making me feel comfortable every time I walk through her doors. I recommend her to anyone who will listen to me!! She is the best!!!

I have been getting my hair done with Harouli for years, we’ve done bobs, long layers, blonde, brown, reds and everything in between. Will never ever get my hair done by anyone else and recommend her to everyone, not only for her amazing talent but her hospitality as well. Biggest fan forever and ever!

I have been going to Harouli for 2 years now 2x a year and she is the only person in Miami I trust with my hair color. We have so much fun together in the salon and she understands the importance of low maintained, lived in color that looks good no matter how you style it. The experience at The Hair Agency is like no other, coffee, laughs, a tailored service and you walk out feeling so good about yourself!

I’ve been entrusting Harouli at The Hair Agency with my hair for over two years now and it is a perfect experience each time. What blew me away from the start was how she sits down with you and provides a cost breakdown so you know exactly what the price will be at the end. This sets the tone for the appointment and I knew right away I was in good hands. She is punctual, always making sure you’re comfortable and bonus she makes amazing coffee. What’s not to love? I live in LA now and wait to do my hair until I’m in Miami so I can see Harouli. She’s the best! ❤️

Started my extensions journey about 6 months ago and never been happier. Love Chelsea’s work and her and Harouli never fail to make your appointment as comfortable and welcoming as possible. This is the first salon I ever let touch my hair and I made the best choice.

This is my favorite spot in Miami. I drive all the way from the Keys just to sit in their chairs. The work they do is unmatched. Entire staff is so freaking professional, color and extension client over here !! Athina is the freaking best - but I love all of them at The Hair Agency & have sat in all of their chairs.

BEST COLORIST AND STYLIST HANDS DOWN!!! Harouli has been doing my hair when we both lived in NYC. She moved to Miami and I now come down once a year to get a cut and color from her. She listens to you and gives you advice on what would look good. She’s the real deal and has tons of experience. Run don’t walk here!!

So many amazing things to say. I’ve been doing my hair with Harouli for a couple of years now and she quite literally never disappoints. I can either go in with a specific goal or I can just let her do her thing, and I will always leave so happy. Best hospitality, so professional, and watching her business grow has been so amazing.

The best of the best! I have been coming to Haroula and the team since 2022 and she has saved my hair! My hair has never been so healthy, long and the most gorgeous colour. I can go months without coming back in with my lived in bronde. Not only are they the best but I love spending my time in the salon and the coffee is delish. I’ve had nothing but compliments with my hair because of their services. Highly recommend!!!
