if i could give this place 0 stars i would. asked for layers and face frames also trim on my bangs. It is so un even and botchy i wish i could glue my hair back on. do not go here school starts in a week and i look like my 5 year old sister cut my hair. AND it was a 50$ haircut!!!

The only stylist I set appointments with is Amy, but she does great work every time. No complaints regarding her work. 4 stars for the price, wish it was a bit cheaper for a simple haircut.

Got my hair cut, went for a trim and my bangs trimmed so they weren’t infront of my eyes . She cut them and they ended up almost by the root. Never going there again for haircut.

I went to get my hair done which I already spoke about it to come on Saturday when they couldn’t take me Wednesday because they were busy ! When i went there it was 6:30 and three girls were sitting there ( all were employees) no one was there! They close at 9 but they refused to give me service because the girls had to leave early Like seriously? All 3 of the stylists have to leave early? You close at 9 and I reached at 6:30 so nobody could even attend me ? Horrible customer service

I’ve been getting my eyebrows waxed here for years now, & it’s always a great experience!! Besides today, a girl i’ve never seen before did my wax. She never asked what I wanted done to them, the wax was being chunked on so heavy that it was also in my eyelashes. She then would repeatedly wipe the wax off with a dry towel (common sense that it’s rough on the skin, they usually use a wet cotton ball) which left my skin so red :(. my eyebrows don’t even look like they were waxed even though I was there for 25 minutes. Tiffany has always done them in the past and does a fantastic job, I guess if Tiffany isn’t there don’t get a wax.

They refused to provide me service at 6:30 even though they close at 9 pm They told me two girls are leaving early and they were all sitting free doing nothing at 6:30 pm and still didn’t provide me service! Horrible staff

Well for one, I just want to let you guys know that Tiffany Greco who commented eight months ago is not only the owner but also gave herself a five-star review. She should know that Google takes that stuff serious especially because it's a conflict of interest when someone affiliated with the store give themselves a 5-star review knowing that they do not deserve that. You have been reported She used to be a really good stylist when she was in the Steamtown Mall, I used to go to her all the time. Then one day when I went to come in for a simple deep conditioning as usual and a trim of my bangs, she did the deep conditioning perfectly fine and dried my hair. I don't know why this woman cut my bangs straight across with dry hair but she made me look ridiculous afterwards I definitely won't go again

i knew walking into my appt i was taking a risk and i wish i trusted my gut instinct. i asked for NO length off, just my layers trimmed and shorter front pieces. i was charged $50 dollars for my hair to be 15 different lengths and a giant frizz ball. i am in complete shock that shayane thought this was an acceptable way to send me home, especially after bragging about going to beauty school in new york for an hour. this girl needs her license suspended. i am so mortified and embarrassed.

I was debating writing this review, I'm not normally one to shame for service because I know rough days happen. However, nobody should have to endure what I went through. I never asked for my stylist's name.. only knew that she was a mother. I asked for a bigger curl perm, and she stated that she would use the white perm rods, which were still small but I trusted her. Anyways, I ended up with a head full of random sized perm rods (mostly small). I probably should have walked away at this point but I trusted her judgement. When it came to putting in the perm solution, this is where it went south. She used two bottles on my head, which I understand to an extent, but it got to the point where the perm solution was dripping all over me for the 20 minutes it took to process. I broke out in a rash from the solution dripping all over me and it bleached my pants since the perm solution soaked through the cape and the towel she put around my neck so bad that it bled through the cape. Not to mention I paid $300 to come out with destroyed pants, soaked from head to toe in perm solution, and a rash that still to this day hasn't gone away. Needless to say, I drove home sobbing because I felt absolutely disgusting and that was the worst experience I've ever had in my life. Don't charge $300 if your stylists don't know what they're doing.

She brushed my hair so hard I had to stop her and ask her to be easier on my hair. Then she acted.like she had no clue what she had done. I'm a 45 year old woman I haven't had my hair brushed that hard since my Mom did it. She than said it was probably tangled. that's why it hurt. No, it was the way it was being brushed. I should have walked out then but didn't. She then dry cut my hair. When she was finished it was like shelfs for layers. She then tried to fix it with thinning shears. It made it a little better but by that time I was to scared to say anything more. She did curl it for me which made it nice and also covered my shelves for layers. Charged me $45 it was more like it should have been free at a beauty school done by a 17 year old. Maybe she was a great hairstylist and had a bad day. Idk. I'm not happy and I'll have to get my hair done again somewhere else. I'm hoping this review will help people steer clear of this salon.

Went there Tuesday July 12 for a normal wash and dry/ style because it was my birthday. When I tell you this girl had no idea what she was doing, she asked me like 3 times if my hair was “Okay” I asked her to flat iron it to see if it will make it better and it made it worse, I came out of there embarrassed of even walking through the mall with my hair like that. That girl does not know how to style hair $35 for nothing
