This place has mastered the balance of casual and professional! Tee and Chris are both excellent barbers, and always accommodating. Some people moan about there being no walk-ins, but to me that’s the perfect sign of a high-quality and organized spot. i cannot recommend them enough

Nicest barbershop in the Charlotte Area. T and his staff are always professional. They do cool things like contest, events, and food for their customers and clients too. The cuts are always so clean. The place is always nice and clean as well. They even have amenities to keep the kids busy. Great location. You can get other things done right there while you're in the area.

I’ve been coming to Tee now for a few years after trying some of the other chain barber shops in town. Tee is an absolute expert and I know I can get a high quality, consistent cut each time I come in. The shop is clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Will continue coming back!

I thought I had found my barber. With great haircuts and a good ambiance, I was set. However, when I called to let them know I would be arriving at 6:20 for my 6:15 appointment (due to a thunderstorm), they informed me that they had moved my appointment up to 6:00 (as per their policy) and wouldn’t take us. I was especially disappointed because I had booked two appointments, one for myself and one for my son, who was very excited to get his first haircut. I wish they would focus more on their customer service and less on their policy and convenience.

I’m originally from DC and I’ve been through at least 6 barbers since I’ve been here and I must say Christopher is the BEST ONE YET! I was beginning to think that I would never be able to match the cuts I got back home but that day is over! Check him out if you’re in search of an excellent barber. Additionally, the Hair Cave is also well maintained and very clean. This place is a 10 out of 10 🔥
