I found The Hair Charmer on Yelp and it was worth the search. My last braider wasn't professional and Patrice listened to my notes about what I was looking for. Her personality is sweet and professional and most importantly she did a fantastic job on my hair. I found my new hairdresser! Thank you Patrice :-).

I travel from Massachusetts to visit my son-so before coming I asked him to look for a good beautician in the area. When I tell you I am not at all disappointed. Pa trice did her thing, I am so happy with how my hair came out. I sent her several pictures of what I wanted she was on point .she warm inviting, accommodatingt and welcoming. I could not have asked for a better experience. I do plan on returning when I'm in the area again.

Patrice was located in a salon with my prior stylist, I would always envy her clients’ beautiful, natural healthy hair and wished for her to be my stylist. I wanted to remain faithful to my prior stylist, so I never dated approach her until fate intervened and my regular stylist was not available and Patrice had a free moment. I sat in her chair and told her how I have never thought I had gorgeous hair and keeping it healthy was a struggle. The first moment she touched my hair, she told me I have beautiful hair and I need speak positively about my hair. I was not transformed at that moment, but after that first visit, I ran home and told my husband how great my hair felt and how nice it was after ONE visit. I kept going to Patrice, she continued to be positive and care for my hair and tell me aspects of my texture, my curl pattern and other attributes that I should appreciate. As months went by, I can now say at age 48, I love my hair! My hair is shiney and healthy and beautiful. Patrice not only transformed my hair, she transformed me. Patrice is the hair charmer. Patrice is the human charmer. I don’t want another person to ever do my hair. Patrice does my 11 year old daughter’s hair and my daughter knows, only two people touch her hair, mommy and Ms. Patrice!

Finding a stylist that actually knows curly hair is very difficult to find. When you find one, you never go anywhere else. That’s what I found with PaTrice. My brunette hair is a mix of slightly to medium course hair and very dense curly/wavy hair. When I first went to The Hair Charmer, my curls had been fried from bad colorist jobs. Not only has PaTrice helped bring my curls back, she is coloring it safely. I’ve gone from red to light honey/ash highlights. My hair is softer than it has ever been and very little shed. When you enter her salon, it’s definitely a family atmosphere. Everyone laughs and just has a great time! Her talent is met with her kindness and passion that is undeniably insurmountable. I highly recommend PaTrice, The Hair Charmer!

I have been receiving hair services from the hair charmer for about 4 years now, and I am so happy I made the decision to leave my previous hair stylist! PaTrice genuinely cares about my hair and that is evident in everything about her salon.. from her initial questionnaire to actually sitting in her chair. I have referred several people to PaTrice down through the years, and all still frequent her salon. If you have dreadlocks and are either tired of doing your own hair (like me 🙋🏾‍♀️) or dissatisfied with your current salon, look no further than the hair charmer!

I highly recommend Patrice, she’s personable and professional. I’m proud to say I’m one of Patrice’s most tenured client’s, I followed her from cosmetology school and I’m still with her…she’ll have to kick me out. I’ve witnessed the growth in her artistry. She transitioned me from straight hair to my natural curls. Her coloring skills are on point and she makes my natural curls POP-POP. She listens to your hair concerns and makes appropriate recommendations. She’s truly one of the best hair artists in the USA. Again, I highly recommend!

I recently started going to Patrice about 4 months ago. As a new mom, my schedule has been pretty hectic but she has been more than accommodating for me thus far! I recently got my first style with my locs and was looking and feeling good. She’s usually on time and ready to start on your hair when you enter. She also has the best wash I have received thus far since starting my locs. Conversation is great and I look forward to continued business with her. She is worth the drive and you will have to book in advance.

I was referred to The Hair Charmer in 2019 after a year into my loc journey, by a good friend. Knowing how I am….. she referred me anyway. It was a great match. I love the professionalism, the quality of service and the creativity in which Patrice works. My life is about customer service, as that will win me over everytime… Patrice has done just that. I love her energy; we laugh and talk, all while getting me in and out in a timely manner. Grateful for her service and talent.
