Horrible experience saw the lady in the front cut someone's hard looked he walked in and ritebsck out sat down I didn't do a wash so she said I'll do my best got rite back up and left it's my hair u are not a professional if u say something like that biggggg RED FLAG ALERT ALERT......BE AWARE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...

This place is amazing. I take my elderly mom and they treat her with such dignity and respect. She has thinning hair so Lucy was able to cut her hair and show her a simple style to make her hair look fuller. It gave my mom so much confidence. Before going her she was always asking how does my hair look and now she feels so much better. Everyone there is so sweet and caring you can't ask for a better place to go for people of all ages.

Lucy and Karina are the best! They advise you as to which hair color would go well with your complexion. They are very kind and considerate. Great hair cuts and keratin. Reasonable prices. I highly recommend them.

Loved the salon, very clean and pleasant. The staff is very nice. Naomy cut and blowdried my hair and it turned out exactly as I wanted it. Good work. They also have the advantage of speaking both Spanish and English. Thank you girls, definitely I’ll be back 😊

Worst customer service experience. My daughter went to get a quote for a hair cut and color and the stylist not only treated us like we couldn't afford her price, she disappeared to the back room and sent someone else to make the appointment for her. I normally don't worry about negative reviews but with all the competition in the area, that attitude was not necessary. Unfortunately didn't catch the stylist name, but she was working on sat Dec 16th in the afternoon.

After hearing such wonderful word-of-mouth reviews, I scheduled my first appointment and I must say, the reviews are 10000% accurate! Karina took care of my cut and style, and she is so delightful as are all the employees/staff that I met! Wonderful place, exceptionally good prices, amazing and caring staff; just an all around fantastic place and I am trying to grow my hair extra fast so I have a reason to go back soon!

Had my hair done at The hair connection, the ladies are sweet and she was listening to my needs and wants for my hair! They always offer water or coffee, you are treated very nicely! She did a great job! Sorry Can't remember her name. Love this place and highly recommend it!

I absolutely love this salon! It is so clean and such a relaxing atmosphere. Lucy is so nice and truly cares about her clients. She is so accommodating when you are there. Katrina is an amazing stylist, she really listen to what you want done. She is quick too and does a great job. My hair looks absolutely amazing! Thanks so much Lucy and Katrina!

Clean, professional, and comfortable environment. Everyone is kind and welcoming. Prices are very fair. I've had two keratin treatments done by Lucy and have been very pleased both times. My hair is very thick and curly / kinky so it's nice to find a place that does ALL types of hair.
