The Hair Extensions

I have gotten my hair extensions put in by Allison. She was great at first. But now I can’t get a hold of her. I have had to times got blown off & I drove almost drive an hours to her salons & no one is there. Then say she can do them bu never pin point a day & time. I love her work but she I think has so much going on & doesn’t have time anymore. I just wto get me extensions in. I had somewhere to go on Friday & never got them done then she said Sunday or Monday morning and now can’t reach her!!!!!!

Allison is an Amazing Stylist. She has been doing my hair for years.I recently got my hair done in a sleek pony tail and it was so cute..She has integrity with her clients and very fast with her work I would suggest her to anybody who wants a professional Stylist and very prompt with her services.

Allison is not only my family’s go to stylist, she’s an extended member of the family. We’re not letting anyone else touch our hair. Listen ladies, I would not steer you wrong because I know how important our hair is to us. Understand this - ALLISON KNOWS HAIR! No one thinks I have a sew-in and that’s the way it should be. Kudos to Ms. Allison for getting my hair together. I called in made an appointment. She was fast, friendly, and professional. I am all natural and when I left the salon my hair looked beautiful. It was good the first couple of days but i didn't like how I was treated really and I'm pregnant and it was just a little bit to much for me I was told I have enough hair but it was really flat i could of got more hair and I was rushed and pushed to hurry my own hair I have a man and I still like to look good around him my hair only lasted a week and she was just talking about a man's relationship with another woman the whole time and it was very sad 😔 I'm not going back

I’ve never had extensions before I went to Allison and she does an amazing job every time! She taught me how to take care of my hair after it was chemically damaged from years of bleaching. Definitely recommend.

I got my hair done here a little less than a month ago by Mrs. Allison. The customer service was fantastic and my hair turned out amazing! If your thinking about going to this salon, I would 100% recommend it.

I want to start off by saying that i normally do not give bad reviews for services done out of art. Especially since its been almost a year. However, i feel that it is my obligation to let anyone that is natural know my experience. I came to this salon to get something on fast for a quick beach getaway. Thankfully Allison was able to get me an appointment. I had already told Allison what hair style I wanted and that I was natural and she assured me that she would be able to service me. I want to first start off by saying time is money. Allison arrived 1 hour late to the appointment SHE set. Which i left that alone because this appointment was last minute (even though I called hours in advanced). Fast forward to the service she gave me. As I mentioned I had already related to Allison that I was natural and going to the beach as well. I also said I didn't want that much leave out. I ended the service with most of my hair being left out in the front. And to too that off almost 1 year later and a natural hairstylist I have been going to was able to detect where she used RELAXER in the front of my hair. Because she used the relaxer in the front of my hair with out telling me I had to cut most of it out from where my new growth is. And because i’ve never experienced a relaxer I had no clue what she was doing to my hair until it was to late. At first I thought it was relaxed due to me using too much heat but I soon found out that was not the case because my hair normally reverts back to the original condition if I have used too much heat. Then she charged me $300 for a bob length sew in that was layered in some areas when I NEVER asked for. I don't know if it was because my age or how naive i am to the weave world. But you should never take advantage of someone in that way. I strongly believe in karma and God sees all. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE NATURAL!

I was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 and lost my hair to chemo. Allison was able to give me extensions and make me feel like me again. The salon was clean and the price was just right. I will be going back for sure!

Not impressed with professionalism, told my niece that came along she would have to go sit in the car for the time (2.5 hours) it took to do my hair because she didn’t have enough room, she was going to charge me $50 for taking pictures of the process, and she told me over and over when I would ask questions that people should do their research and know what they need to do before they come to her. She doesn’t have time to do hair and talk about the education process at the same time. So when she got done the hair looked amazing besides the blunt cut off she gave. No big deal my hairdresser fixed it and I loved it. All this aside I would not have written a review because besides the rudeness shown I was happy with my hair till two weeks later when the weave came loose from my head minus the very front where my bangs held it on. When I text to asked what to do she replies nothing your hair was too short—-so $250 and two weeks later I have no hair. This week when I had them redone I was told she used mostly synthetic hair and she said it was all human. Do your research especially if you are Caucasian.

She serviced my fiancé and did a horrible job! She refuses to answer her and won’t fix the hair nor give a refund. On her website the service says it’s $200 but she charged her $400

I had Allison she did a fabulous job putting my sew in hair extensions in they were a little pricey but pretty. I had them in for 3 months and they got shorty by the month but that was expected for having them in so long when i came back to get them taken out i was really scared she was going to have to chop off all of my hair because i had kept them in for so long so my hair was all matted up but she did the opposite she took them out and when they were taken out it was really scary because hair did fall out from all the shedding but the turn out was perfect my hair grew so much and she washed it and styled for a low price so thank you Allison I will definitely be recommending you to other people !!!

Went to get dread extentions . She put about 12 dreads in my head with very big parts. I asked her to split all the parts and install more dreads Seem like she got annoyed but its cool cause i get it. After she spilt two I decided I no longer wanted the style. She cut all of them out my head in a hurry. Once I got home and washed all the products out my hair I noticed that all the hair on my right side was cut out. Had to cut all of my hair off. I wouldn't recommend getting extentions there. Update: The customer service was not the issue. The stylist was nice and funny. The issue was the style. The picture that is on her website is NOT of me or the dreads that were installed in my hair. The dreads that were installed in my head was a close to a inch in diameter a piece.

First time client . But I will definitely won’t give my money to such unprofessional people like the one working in this place . I had an appointment today at 1pm. I called at 12:45pm Bc the shop was closed . A Lady answered the phone saying... they had an emergency . I understand things happen l.she said she was going to call me back to let me know if she was going to be back any time soon .. didn’t even offer me to reschedule ... I’m still waiting for her call ... DO NOT GO HERE !

Never going back here charged me 500 dollars for frontal and put 2 different types of hair on my head lied to me and said she hair would get wavy when i wet it poor service and to expensive hair didn't last long at all i already took it out after 3 weeks very disappointed and my frontal was coming out after 2 days bad quality hair as well

Very unprofessional. She had an attitude and was doing someone else’s hair during my appointment slot. She did a horrible job detangling my hair.. she even handed me the comb to detangle my own hair so she could finish doing another woman’s hair. She had a bad attitude, the sew-in didn’t last long. It looked like I had it for months the following week. Do avoid if you can! Edit: it wasn’t the quality of the hair it was the installation. It was awful my head has never been so sore before it hurt to brush my edges. I took the sew-in out ASAP. I would never go back or recommend anyone go here!

love this shop. I'm a Charlotte resident, but work out in LA most of the year. I fly back home just so Allison can install and work magic with bundles supplied in store. will be returning again
