I had a wonderful first experience with Shannon. I really appreciate how she intently listened to what I wanted and needed done, both for my cut and color. She was thorough and did a fantastic job. She creates a warm and comfortable environment for her clients.

Getting my hair done with Shannon is my favorite part of my month! Especially her coloring and extensions. Top notch! My hair alway looks amazing. I get SO many compliments. I’m almost afraid to post this because I’m afraid she won’t have time for me! Lol. She is personable, funny, her space is very welcoming. The easy parking is a plus. I’ve seen a lot of stylist with my extension obsession and she is worth every penny!

I debated writing this review for over a year because l felt bad but I am still not able to repair the damage this stylist did. I’ve had highlights throughout my life and Shannon chemically burned off 6 inches of my hair the first time I saw her. My hair was long and healthy when I went to her. After she washed my hair in the sink she turned my back to the mirror while she tried to fix the damage she caused with the bleach. I now have uneven layers and angles I didn't want because the damage was so bad she had to cut them to try and look even but it is still an absolute mess.A year and a half later, my hair hasn’t grown back becuase of all the damage, none of the lines in my hair will be even unless I cut it to my ears. The worst part was she tried to say ohhh I just followed the lines in your hair but I never hair layers and I asked for a trim.. not a 6 inch chop. Now she did give me some of my money back and try to put extensions in but the damage was done and all this time later I’m still devastated and my hair won’t be the same for years. Do not go to her.

Shannon made me feel like a superstar!!! I’ve already been getting a lot of complements on my hair this week. Meanwhile, she educated me on how to properly take care of my hair and curls. I highly recommend using the products she has! She even gives good discounts with this new virtual loyalty stamp card... Anyways, Shannon is the best. I highly recommend!!!

I love going to the hair loft. Shannon is a gem and has truly changed my world. I never in my life had a hairdresser that I trusted as much and continue going to on a regular basis. She is extremely knowledgeable about hair health, hair color, products, styling tools and everything in between. She is genuine, honest and pours her heart and soul into her work. She is super flexible with her schedule. Reasonably priced. And just all around awesome lady.

Shannon is not just a hair stylist, she's a hair doctor! She always takes top notch care of me and makes sure to educate me on what my hair needs to be its healthiest. Then, when I forget what she said and I come back 6 months later with a big mess she fixes everything. When she's done, my curls are in bouncy ringlets for months to come that girls are always asking if they can touch. Would recommend!

What a talent! Shannon is so knowledgeable at her craft and made my hair look better than it ever has in my life. I am so happy with the results. She did the works! A color correction, a long overdue cut and style, keratin treatment and a few extensions. As imagined I was there all day, but she had me laughing the entire time and I loved every second of my time in her chair. Thank you Shannon! Please don’t ever stop doing hair!!! Absolutely amazing experience, I love my hair so much! Shannon was professional and fun and super nice. I hadn’t gotten my hair done in 2 years and I got a few inches cut off, as well as dark brown dye allover. She helped recommend the color (and it’s perfect!) as well as general hair care and products. I feel so much better after seeing her and will definitely be booking another appointment. Would highly recommend!

Shannon does an Amazing job. I have never had as many compliments on my hair color since Shannon has been coloring it. I am moving to another State soon, and hope I can find a hairstylist as good as Shannon. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Shannon is the best. I had a horrible experience at Urban Betty and they were super expensive thank goodness I didn't let them touch my hair because Shannon had a magic wand and she fit me in last minute before I went out of town because Urban Betty messed up my schedule and I cannot believe how awesome my hair turned out. I hope that she will always be doing hair because I do not want to go to anyone else from now on thank you so much Shannon you're the best!

I’m so glad I found Shannon! She’s such a great hair stylist and colorist. I was nervous going to a salon during a pandemic, but visiting Shannon was such a stress free experience. Everything was clean and sanitized and she constantly used hand sanitizer and washed her hands. She’s so professional and friendly and she did an AMAZING haircut and balayage! I’ve been getting so many compliments on my new hair and I could not be happier!

Shannon is a really talented sylist, for both color and cut. I have not only highlights, but also a base color, and she knows how to handle these more involved processes that few in Austin do. She goes the extra mile for quality of work and to make sure you are happy. Prices are reasonable, especially for this caliber of work. Shannon is also a lovely, kind and lively person to visit. I just want to rave about Shannon Finch (salon 22 and 23). Let's start with the reason I went there ... my hair. WOW. I've been going to Shannon for months now because I've never had ANYONE cut my hair so well. And she knows my hair at this point, understands how it grows, the patterns, where my hair is thinning and where it's thickest... in other words, she knows how to cut MY hair perfectly, not just hair in general. That means I always walk out of there looking my best. But it goes so far beyond just that. Getting my hair cut with Shannon is like a little retreat. Her customer service game is STRONG. She stocks her own fridge with, topo chico, soda, and whatever other refreshments I may want. Add in the amaaaaaazing head wash and fun conversation and it's like my own spa day. If you're looking for a GREAT (not just good) stylist who will make you feel welcome and get you excited for your haircut, go see Shannon. You won't find better. Especially at that low rate!!!

I've been going to Shannon for almost 4 years now and she always does an amazing job. I always walk out looking great! She's got an awesome set up at the Hair Loft which makes for a very comfortable appointment. I couldn't ask for anything more out of a hairdresser!
