Caitlyn was amazing! She got me in last minute for extensions, cut, color, and highlights. She did an amazing job blending my natural color. My hair looks fabulous, and I absolutely love it! I enjoyed talking with her. Great personality! 5☆☆☆☆☆ Definitely recommend. Thanks again for all your help last minute. ♡

Caitlin is such a talented hair stylist. She does amazing with my brunette balayage and always cuts my hair exactly how I request. She nails what I want every time with my color, too. The Hair Loft is very bright and airy inside, and is a great environment.

Nice salon, I was there on a Sunday when only one hair expert was working. Very bright and open inside. Comfy chairs for the wash sinks.

Got my hair cut and colored with Cait and had an amazing experience! I’ve since moved to San Francisco but still wait till I’m back in Charlotte to get my hair done because so that I can go see Cait. She’s amazing!!

I’ve been getting my hair done by Cait at the Hair Loft for almost 2 years now and my hair is the best it’s ever been. She kills it every time and my hair has not just looked the best it ever has but it’s the healthiest it’s ever been. There was a time where my appointment was cancelled due to weather and Cait was able to get my in with another stylist, Kirsten, who knocked it out of the park as well. I’ve been to the Hair Lofts old location and new location and both spaces have been beautifully curated, extremely clean, and welcoming spaces. I would recommend anyone who is looking to have a hair service look into booking with a stylist here!

Kirsten Taylor always does an amazing job with my balayage for the perfect lived in color. The location is bright, clean and has a great view and atmosphere. I would highly recommend Kirsten for all your balayage needs!
