Allison and the Hair Loft is extraordinary! I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored here for a few years now and cannot imagine going anywhere else. Allison is an expert at color, cut and caring for her clients. She always goes above and beyond to make me comfortable and heard. Allison plays a big role in fostering the community feeling the Hair Loft exudes. Every employee at the Hair Loft is warm, friendly, and genuine. I’m so glad to have found this slice of heaven on earth. Thank you Allison and the Hair Loft team!

Jerry is great. He is so easy to talk to and a mind reader. When I can’t quite describe what I want he can still figure it out. I need to give a massive kudos to James, who helped me with my pre-wedding hair color! Nothing like seeing a colorist for the first time right before your wedding 😅 he came under high recommendation and I can see why. He did a thorough validating of what I wanted, color tones against my skin, etc before doing any changes. He was warm, upfront, fair pricing, and fantastic detail. This was the first time EVER that my hair came out exactly like the photo I showed. He is a master at what he does, so friendly, and open to feedback/adjustments if I wasnt happy. So glad I came across him in this crucial time and plan to use him for years to come!! 👏👏👏

I love Jerry’s cut and style! He always does very thoughtful consultations, explains how he is going to cut your hair throughout the process, and it always ends up looking amazing and balanced. It takes a lot for me to trust a hairdresser, and I would trust Jerry cutting my hair with his eyes closed.

sadly, i asked for highlights and bangs and did not get either- but i decided to go with the stylist’s recommendation. i noticed one side seemed a lot longer, but he said it was just from the way it was styled. well, the style is washed out now and it looks like it was intentionally asymmetrical. i don’t like the cut, the color looks ok and covers my grays but it doesn’t feel like “me” …overall disappointed w my experience. Although Ben was nice enough, he did seem eager to get me out of the chair 🤷‍♀️

I love the Hair Loft! Lan has been cutting my hair for at least a couple of years now. She’s so kind and talented. Their pricing is also reasonable compared to other nearby salons. A great experience every time. Highly recommend!

I've seen Alicia 3 or 4 times now and she kills it every time. She always cuts my hair exactly how I want, and when I recently went in for a balayage, my hair came out exactly how I imagined it would. She's a good listener and very fun to chat with throughout any styling process. I recommended her services to a friend of mine, and we're both so happy with her! I feel like hair cuts can sometimes be difficult experiences if you go to a salon with a judgmental or stuck-up atmosphere, but that's never been true for my experience at Hair Loft. It's very homey and the man at the front (I believe one of the owners) is such a sweetheart. I always look forward to going back!
